Episode 4 of "Dear Killer Nannies" commences with the funeral of Kiss, where Angie bids a tearful farewell to her beloved. The narrative then shifts to news reports detailing the massive contraband discovered during the police raid at Hacienda Nápoles. The reporter asserts that the Attorney General has banned Pablo from returning to Colombia, yet Juan reveals that Pablo, thanks to his immense wealth, managed to find a way back into the country months prior.

At Hacienda Nápoles, Pablo's mother, Hermilda, attempts to reign in her son's wild ways. Meanwhile, Victoria informs Juan that Pablo has invited Michael Jackson to perform at the estate for his birthday bash.
Elsewhere, the nannies continue to steer and expand the cartel's business while Pablo remains holed up in Colombia. Tina returns from the US and greets Juan. One day, Geronimo Paez Ruiz and his associates arrive at the estate to meet with Pablo. El Dorado educates the new nanny, Hit Man, about their immense power and influence.
Juan becomes ecstatic about meeting Michael and promises to introduce him to Rodrigo. Victoria invites guests to celebrate Juan's birthday, but most decline. Victoria takes Juan to an art gallery where Tina attempts to purchase an expensive artwork. The staff's disrespect towards Tina upsets Juan, who asks Victoria to purchase it instead. Victoria arranges for the artwork to be delivered to the estate in time for Juan's birthday.
Meanwhile, Juan requests the nannies to get makeovers before their meeting with Michael. They head to the mall where Juan notices Rodrigo flirting with Angie. News reports then announce the murder of Colombian Ambassador Enrique Parejo Gonzalez in Hungary, causing alarm among the nannies.
Elsewhere, Pablo hosts a party at a hotel. Victoria tasks Angie and Rodrigo with collecting the artwork from the gallery. The tension and excitement of each plot twist keep the audience on the edge of their seats as the narrative unfolds.
In a poignant conversation, Angie and her companion discuss the lives they've taken and the concept of love. Angie confesses that after losing Kiss, she no longer desires to experience love again. Meanwhile, at the party, Pablo introduces Juan to Geronimo and his associates. Tina, in turn, shares his American life with Juan, revealing that he has a pregnant girlfriend in Miami and his desire to make a fresh start. Although Juan is saddened by Tina's revelation, he wishes him well. Throughout the day, Juan documents the hotel with his handycam, capturing guests with prostitutes as he wanders through the rooms. The Hit Man notices Juan observing an escort and instructs her to approach him.
Outside, Angie and Rodrigo gather the artwork. Angie suggests stealing it to start a new life in Miami like Tina, but Rodrigo stops her, leading to an intimate moment between them. Meanwhile, Juan overhears Pablo discussing a plan with Jerry and El Dorado to kidnap Michael Jackson and demand ransom from the US government. Concerned for Michael's safety, Juan tells Victoria he does not want to meet the singer and refuses to support Pablo's plan.
The episode shifts to 1994, where Victoria surrenders the remaining money and assets to the Cali Cartel to make peace. Juan is adamant about keeping the artwork and asks Andrea to keep it safe. Victoria warns Juan that the cartel will not stop until he is dead. When Juan requests a meeting with them, she refuses out of concern for his safety. As they hand over Pablo's wealth, Hermilda arrives and demands justice for Pablo's siblings. Victoria tries to negotiate privately and pleads with the cartel to spare Juan. Juan declares his intention to leave the criminal world and the country.
The cartel permits Juan to leave but warns that Victoria will be killed if he returns to the drug trade. The episode concludes with Juan arranging for the artwork to be delivered to Tina's daughter in Miami, symbolizing a new beginning for all involved.
