Episode 7 of "Dear Killer Nannies" commences in 1989, with Juan narrating the tale of Pablo's abrupt halt in meeting his family as rival cartels' tensions escalate. One fateful day, Tina and El Dorado embark on a mission with Juan, where Pablo meets him. However, gunmen tail Juan's car, transforming their reunion into a chaotic shootout, forcing them to flee for their lives. Tina is struck by gunfire during the crossfire, but El Dorado manages to prevent the gunmen from claiming his life.

At Napoles, El Dorado brings Tina to Angie for aid. He suspects Rodrigo of being the informant, yet Angie defends him, while Lagaña panics as Tina's blood continues to flow. In the meantime, Rodrigo is interrogated by the police about his connection to Pablo's cartel. He vehemently denies any knowledge and refuses to cooperate. Elsewhere, Tina lies on his deathbed, entrusting Angie with the story of his daughter in the USA.
El Dorado and Lagaña kidnap a doctor and coerce him into removing the bullet from Tina's body. Following the shooting, Pablo takes Juan to a secret hideout where they spend time together, and Pablo reminisces about his love for Argentina.
Meanwhile, Rodrigo is released and returns home, with the police stealthily following his every move. He meets his mother and younger brother and lies about being on leave, attempting to mislead the authorities.
Elsewhere, as the doctor struggles to save Tina's life, Lagaña and El Dorado go to a church to pray. El Dorado confides in Rodrigo's uncle, who is a priest, and leaves a message requesting a meeting at one of Pablo's villas.
Back at home, Rodrigo utilizes his younger brother to distract the police and escapes by disguising himself in his uncle's robe.
As Lagaña and El Dorado return to the villa, they are met with the devastating news that Tina remains unconscious. The doctor, explaining that Tina has lost an excessive amount of blood and requires immediate hospitalization, is met with Lagaña's threat and insistence that she be saved without being taken to a hospital.
Meanwhile, Angie makes her way to the church to pray, where Rodrigo, disguised, finds her. The two spend the night together, contemplating their lives beyond Pablo's world and considering running away together. Rodrigo urges Angie to continue, promising that they can survive if they protect Juan.
As the police continue their search, Jerry warns Pablo that their hideout has been compromised, forcing him and Juan to prepare for a move. Later that night, Angie returns to Napoles to learn that Tina has passed away. Lagaña shoots the doctor and orders Angie to dispose of the body.
Rodrigo confronts Angie, accusing her of being the snitch who exposed him to the police. He blames her for turning Pablo against him and threatens to shoot her, but ultimately stops himself. Rodrigo returns to the hideout, pays his respects to Tina, and informs Lagaña and El Dorado that Angie has betrayed them. They refuse to believe him, even when he claims he killed her to protect Juan, and Lagaña hits him with a gun.
Elsewhere, Pablo tells Juan that he has left money for him and his family at the hideout and asks him to use it if anything happens. El Dorado arrives to take Juan back to Napoles.
In 1994, Juan reflects on his father's words and considers going to Argentina. He speaks with Victoria and plans his escape from Mozambique, and the group successfully passes through immigration. At the airport, Juan unexpectedly runs into Angie as the episode comes to a close.
