Episode 6 of "Dear Killer Nannies" commences with Juan feeling like a child once again as he spends cherished moments with his nannies. The narrative then shifts to 1989, where the nannies take Juan to a nightclub for his birthday. At the club, Juan gets intoxicated and strikes up a conversation with a woman. Rodrigo notices a man attempting to attack Juan and promptly alerts Lagaña. The nannies swiftly intervene, killing the assailant and whisking Juan away, thus saving him from a deadly Cali Cartel hit.

In the meantime, Tina informs the nannies that the cartel is causing disruptions in their business. He reveals that after the attack on Garcia, Pablo and the nannies are now wanted and face extradition. El Dorado blames Lagaña for allowing the assailant into the club, and Tina steps in to quell the argument. Elsewhere, Angie distances herself from Rodrigo and refuses to speak to him.
At home, Victoria grows concerned as Juan becomes distant and turns to alcohol. She writes letters to Pablo, who remains in hiding and rarely sees them. Victoria gives Juan the keys to a spare apartment so he can have his own space. Juan explains that it has become challenging to find trustworthy staff due to Pablo’s notorious reputation.
We meet Margaret, Victoria’s assistant, who manages her artwork. Angie introduces her to Juan and says they will be sharing the apartment with her. El Dorado leaves Lagaña and Rodrigo in charge of Juan and takes Tina with him.
Meanwhile, Rodrigo offers to help Juan contact Andrea so they can meet in private. Elsewhere, Lagaña pressures Margaret into drinking and taking drugs, and she loses control and ends up with him. Rodrigo tries to get Angie to talk, and she questions whether they can leave this life and start anew.
Later, Angie confides to Lagaña that El Dorado and Tina have eliminated presidential candidate Luis Carlos Galán. She then reunites with her father and hands him money, prompting him to request a meeting with her sister. Rodrigo observes their interaction and suspects a betrayal, but Angie clarifies the situation. Later, she shares with Rodrigo about her miscarriage during the attack on Garcia, stating that they have lost their child.
In the aftermath of Galán's demise, the news highlights photos of the nannies as suspects. Margaret, under the influence, views Lagaña's photo and panics before fainting. The nannies transport Margaret to Pablo, who warns her that she must keep their secret if she wishes to survive. She is subsequently held captive to prevent her from exposing them.
Meanwhile, Juan encounters Andrea in public, where a passerby insults him. Rodrigo retaliates by attacking the man and is subsequently arrested. Concurrently, Angie ventures to meet her sister but is deceived by her father. A government official approaches her and inquires if she will betray Pablo and work for them.
The episode shifts to 1994, where Victoria, Juan, Andrea, and Manuela travel to Mozambique accompanied by their lawyer. They are taken to a dilapidated house. The lawyer urges them to be grateful for the shelter, while Juan struggles to adapt to life without wealth or comfort. With limited resources such as food, water, and clean space, he becomes increasingly frustrated.
Juan confronts the lawyer at his hotel room, accusing him of betraying them. The lawyer appeals for trust and promises to assist in laundering their money from Colombia. Victoria supports Juan and demands that the lawyer find a way to return them to Colombia as soon as possible.
