Meanwhile, Gomah and Degesu keep a watchful eye on the heroes from their familiar vantage point. Gomah's sharp eyes detect that Hybis carries the Third Eye, attached to his belt. The battle between Goku and his allies intensifies against the Gendarmerie, forcing the latter to retreat in disarray. Glorio, amidst the fray, directs Goku and his companions to make haste for the Oparu District.

In parallel, Gomah confides in Degesu, revealing a tidbit from the past: Abura once bore the Third Eye upon his forehead. With a stern command, Gomah instructs Degesu to seize the Third Eye from Hybis and deliver it to him.

The narrator interjects, painting a vivid picture for the audience. He elucidates that the Third Eye, known as the Tertian Oculus, was once a symbol of authority and power worn by former Supreme Demon Kings on their foreheads. An intriguing wrinkle in history reveals that someone dared to steal the Oculus during Abura's reign, leading many to believe it was lost to the ages.

The scene transitions into a flashback. Dabura, shrouded in mystery, hands a key to a colossal safe to an accomplice. Inside this safe, he reveals, lies the precious Oculus. With a whispered promise of future contact, Dabura tasks the individual with stealing the Oculus and making haste to the Third Demon World. Dabura's minion succeeds in his theft and ventures into the Third Demon World, but fate takes a grim turn: he loses both the Oculus and his communication device. Though Dabura loses contact with his minion, he secretly rejoices in the Oculus's disappearance.

The narrator asserts that Dabura ascended to the throne as the new Supreme Demon King, due to Abura's impotence sans the Oculus. However, Majin Buu's fatal encounter with Dabura led to Gomah seizing the throne. Subsequent to this turn of events, a flashback unfolds, revealing Hybis on a hunting expedition. Hybis stumbles upon the Oculus and cunningly attaches it to his belt.

In the present, Goku and his companions draw near to Tamagami Number One's locale, only to be assaulted by the Gendarmerie. Scattering for cover, each hero finds refuge in diverse locales. Goku seeks assistance from Neva, who stipulates that he will only lend a hand in fulfilling their wishes.

Concurrently, a girl approaches Hybis with a proposition. She covets his belt and offers a kiss in exchange for its possession. Hybis, ever the charmer, counters with a deal: he will relinquish his belt in return for her hat. Meanwhile, Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo dispatch numerous Gendarmerie soldiers with ease.

Suddenly, the Gendarmerie's tank fleet arrives, raining destruction upon our heroes. At this critical juncture, Kadan and his squad enter the fray, bolstering Goku’s group in their battle against the tanks and soldiers. With the Gendarmerie defeated, the narrative shifts to Gomah and Degesu. Gomah seethes with rage, but Degesu reminds him of their reliance on the Gendarmerie Force for reinforcement.

The episode concludes on a jubilant note, as Goku and Kadan’s group celebrate their hard-earned victory.
