Episode 17 of Dragon Ball Daima kicks off with Arinsu, Kuu, and Duu gracefully introducing themselves to Goku's and Kadan's ensemble. The victor of this duel will gain possession of all three Demon Realm Dragon Balls.
The stage is set for a fierce battle between Goku and Duu. Just as their clash intensifies, Gomah abruptly interrupts with a powerful energy blast. Neva and Arinsu swiftly recognize the Oculus implanted on Gomah's forehead. Neva enlightens our heroes about the Oculus's enigmatic past and immense power. Leveraging his abilities, Gomah conjures an epic arena for the forthcoming fight.
Vegeta squares off against Gomah, and sensing his comrade's peril, Goku, Piccolo, Glorio, and Shin leap into the fray to bolster Vegeta's defenses. Bulma, with a determined spirit, urges Arinsu, Duu, and Kuu to lend their strength to the battle. Meanwhile, Panzy and Kadan's groups rush to the battlefield to witness the spectacle unfold, with Neva and One hot on their heels. Ultimately, everyone bands together to confront Gomah, whose overwhelming power poses a grave threat to our heroes.
Gomah demonstrates his supremacy, pushing our heroes to their limits. Vegeta, in a desperate bid, asks Goku for one of the medical bugs, but Goku admits he is without them. Gomah wields his might to hoist Goku into the sky and unleashes an energy blast aimed at him. Duu and One act swiftly to shield Goku, granting him the opportunity to ascend to Super Saiyan 3. As Duu and One fall, the blast proves futile against Goku's enhanced form. The episode concludes on a tense note, with Goku and Gomah locked in an intense stare-down, the fate of the battle hanging in the balance.
