Episode 7 of *Gachiakuta* kicks off with Jabber making an emphatic demonstration of his point. Once he applies the venom to himself, his strikes carry no trace of malice, rendering Rudo powerless to halt them. Rudo gives it his all, but the talisman proves utterly ineffective.
As the Raider spirals into a frenzy, each passing second brings him perilously close to landing a devastating blow on Rudo. His assaults grow fiercer by the moment, leaving the boy at a complete loss as to how to counter. Suddenly, Zanka's staff cracks Jabber across the neck, pinning him to the ground. The Cleaner, though not fully recovered, has regained enough mobility to act. Having witnessed a portion of Rudo's struggle, he's pieced together some understanding of the amulet's power and has hatched a plan to save them all.
With Rudo unable to defend against Jabber's onslaught and Zanka still hampered in his movements, cooperation becomes their only option. The strategy is straightforward yet daring: Zanka will launch an attack on Rudo, who will then skillfully guide the blow in the right direction to strike the criminal.
The instant Jabber stirs, Rudo provokes Zanka, who unleashes a full-force assault. The downside? Zanka genuinely means to harm the boy. But on the upside, their gamble pays off. Rudo deftly redirects Zanka's strike, ensuring it lands squarely on the Raider.
They persist in this manner until Jabber lies defeated on the ground. Rudo deftly maneuvers Zanka, orchestrating his every move and angle. In his weakened state, the Raider becomes an easy mark. Zanka delivers a final, crushing blow to Jabber's head, sending him crashing to the floor.
However, the toll is heavy. Zanka is left immobile once more, and Gris's amulet crumbles to ash, its power spent. Rudo stands there, stunned, convinced he's done something irreparable, destroyed something vital. But there's no time for contemplation; Jabber, in a previous attack, had managed to poison him. The venom finally takes effect, and Rudo collapses.
Meanwhile, Jabber, using his left claws on himself, numbs his pain. It doesn't heal him, but it grants him enough mobility to act. He then poisons Zanka once again and makes off with Rudo in his clutches.
As soon as he resurfaces, he spots something peculiar. But alas, it's already far too late. With astonishing force, Enjin swings his umbrella, striking Jabber and sending him hurtling into a wall. And he's not alone in this ambush. Riyou stands alongside two other Cleaners, their presence a menacing tableau.
After the supporters had vacated the building, they'd somehow managed to summon reinforcements, which accounted for the current assembly. Subsequently, the supporters re-entered the premises, their mission to locate Gris.
Jabber, bloodied but unbowed, prepares for another clash when a blue-haired girl seizes him and declares it's time to retreat. She is Cthoni, another member of the Raiders.
He balks at the idea of leaving, eager to rejoin the fray. Yet, when she tightens her grip and mentions that their boss wore a broad, enigmatic smile, he relents. Then, with a flourish, she unleashes her power, conjuring a manhole in the wall that morphs into a shimmering portal.
Before they can step through, Rudo, despite his wounds, struggles to his feet and vows vengeance, a declaration that catches Jabber off guard. But what truly astounds him are the boy's gloves. He remarks on the rarity of possessing an item from that particular "series," though Rudo remains clueless to his meaning. The Raider vows to be better prepared next time and vanishes through the portal.
Later, as they all reconvene above ground, relief washes over them as Zanka and Gris are found unharmed, though the latter is still visibly battered. As Gris lies there, resting and awaiting their departure, Rudo approaches, apologizing profusely for shattering the talisman. Yet, Gris's reaction is one of surprising understanding. He tells Rudo he's grateful for the talisman's aid and commends him for his bravery.
