Gangs of Galicia – Season 2 Episode 2 1

In Madrid, Nilo drives Padin to his doctor's appointment. He notices that the old man has forgotten some documents in the car. Nilo follows him, but Padin is already with the doctor. It turns out that he's there to pick up the DNA results. Back in the car, Nilo sneaks a look at Padin's medical files.

On the drive back, Padin ambushes Nilo by asking him to join him for a meeting with the Albanians. During the meeting, Padin pays half of his debt and claims that business is down. He asks for a week to deliver the rest. The Albanians start acting up, wanting to keep Nilo for the week. Padin refuses and reminds them that he is good for it. The whole experience is terrifying for Nilo, who thought things would escalate. Thankfully, the Albanians let them go.

Later, Padin mentions that soon the Albanians will take over the Colombians and become their new business partners. He subtly touches on Nilo taking over the business if Daniel continues to be hesitant.

Meanwhile, Silva recognizes Ana as she has a business meeting with a certain man in a restaurant. He follows them back to Sanxenxo. During this time, he tries to call Daniel, but he is unreachable, so he decides to take photos as proof.

Speaking of Daniel, he goes to the ports to pick Marco up after his shift. He takes him to a business rental and reveals that he's planning to open a legal car dealership. He asks Marco for the truth, and his nephew comes clean about working with the police. Daniel forgives him and warns him to be careful since it won't take long for the others to put the pieces together once the case starts.

In the meantime, the female cop from the GRECO force confronts the DEA agent, Walter. He reveals that he's curious about the Padin family and is looking into an upcoming shipment.

Sure, here's a more expressive and vivid retelling of the story:

A few weeks prior, a man they had arrested had mentioned that Macario had business ties in Galicia. When pressed further, he refused to elaborate and requested her to speak with her superiors. Frustrated, she told her partner that they would handle the Padins themselves.

Meanwhile, Silva tracks down Daniel and shows him recent photographs of Ana. He is simultaneously shocked, relieved, and worried. Without hesitation, he rushes to the last place Silva saw Ana.

In prison, Samuel meets with his legal team. The lawyer informs him that their chances of winning the case are slim unless there's a witness to Samuel's kidnapping. Samuel reveals that Marco was the one who saw him.

Later that night, Marco returns home to celebrate his mother's birthday, only to find Toño and Nilo there. He follows his mother to the kitchen and informs her that Samuel's lawyer has asked him to testify in the upcoming trial. This poses a dilemma as he had promised Daniel not to testify. Back at the dining table, Nilo notes that Daniel is acting oddly, but Toño dismisses his concerns.

Meanwhile, Padin visits the restaurant and checks the DNA results. He quietly leaves the test for Berta and pays for it. Laura examines it and realizes that she isn't Padin's daughter.

As for Daniel, he spends an entire night keeping watch over Ana. She meets with Mr. Mendez and makes an alluring offer. They want him to use his company to purchase machinery from Brazil. After her meeting, Ana discovers a note from Daniel on her windshield. He asks her to meet him at the supermarket. Daniel is relieved to see her but is concerned about her return. She explains about her deal with Macario and shows him a photo of Sara. Obviously, Daniel wants to meet his child, but Ana asks him to wait until everything is settled.

In the meantime, Silva updates Padin that Macario is up to something unusual. He finds it peculiar that the Colombians haven't caught wind of whatever Macario and Ana are planning. Padin believes that Macario is sending them a message that they are irreplaceable.

On the other hand, Nilo meets with Daniel and tells him that Padin is sick and needs his help managing the upcoming shipment. He is worried that if they mess up, the Albanians will cut them up.

With a sense of concern, Daniel calls his father to inform him that he will help Nilo handle the shipment, but insists that this will be the last time he does so. Paco overhears the conversation and jokes about the father and son working together again. Later, he calls Germán and relays the message that Daniel is back, but that won't slow them down. As instructed by Paco, Germán picks up Pepe.

That night, the GRECO team remains on high alert, waiting to trap Daniel once he takes the boat to pick up the shipment. Simultaneously, the DEA and the civil guard are also watching the team. It turns out that only the DEA and the civil guard are on the right track, thanks to Pepe turning on the tracker for them. The GRECO team was following Toño, and when they arrested him, they found nothing.

As for the real location, the DEA and the civil guard stand by waiting for the drugs to be delivered to Macario. Only Paco and his men pretend to be police, and Daniel and his men run off as soon as they hear the sirens. It is only after they are far away that Daniel wonders why they can't see the helicopters and the patrol ships. They quickly realize they have been played, so Nilo texts Padin to tell him that it went awry.

Walter calls Torres and asks why she blindsided them. As they talk, they realize that none of them was behind the arrest. The episode ends with Germán texting Paco the good news.
