Gangs of London – Season 3 Episode 2 1

News of Sean's daring breakout ripples through the city, reaching even Elliot, who's leisurely lounging near some officers. (Wait, wasn't there a red alert issued by the Mayor for Elliot's apprehension just recently?) There's no moment to spare, as Cornelius and Sean find themselves ambushed by the Albanians on the highway.

Elliot swiftly catches up with Sean, who manages to overpower the Albanian threat in a steamy bathhouse. Meanwhile, Elliot has but one goal: to uncover the names behind the murder of his wife and son. A fragile truce is forged between the two adversaries, amid the swirling chaos that sees Billy and Cornelius lose track of Sean and reluctantly retreat.

The news of Sean's escape, facilitated by Elliot, reaches Luan, who's furious. He places a bounty on Sean's head, offering a staggering 2 million for his termination. Sean, now a marked man, finds himself in the same perilous boat as Elliot. A dramatic scene unfolds where a police officer stands inches away from Elliot, unaware, as he witnesses the carnage left by a police station break-in.

Desperate, Sean seeks refuge in a young kid, promising him a whopping 20,000 pounds in exchange for safe haven. But word of the bounty spreads like wildfire, and soon, thugs confront Sean at gunpoint, reminding him of the 2 million on his head. With time running out for negotiations, Sean has no choice but to bolt.

Elsewhere, Elliot forcefully compelled an ambulance driver to depart at gunpoint, yet remarkably, no one witnessed him slipping into the passenger seat unnoticed. As they navigated their way to a secluded stretch of road, Elliot shifted to the rear, where he subjected one of the Albanian captives to brutal interrogation, desperate for any inkling of Sean's whereabouts. Through his ordeal, he gleaned that Sean might be hiding in Greenwich, and Saba's subsequent revelation about the bounty only fueled his determination. Though initially skeptical, Elliot eventually came to believe Sean's protests of innocence and embarked on a mission to track him down.

Sean, meanwhile, managed to elude his pursuers all the way to Lale, where he expressed his earnest desire to set things right. He also claimed innocence in the cocaine spiking scheme, asserting that he too was being framed. In a sudden burst of violence, Lale seized a firearm and discharged it into Sean's abdomen, leaving him to bleed profusely on the ground. She then organized her men, deciding to bring Luan in to transport Sean away. However, during a brief moment when Sean was unguarded, he managed to slip from their grasp.

Ed, convinced of Sean's guilt in the cocaine spiking, washed his hands of the young man, much like Marian had done before him. Badly wounded, Sean eventually succumbed to his injuries and collapsed at the rear of a pub. When he awoke, he found himself being cared for by a middle-aged woman who had skillfully stitched his wounds. She resided above the pub where Sean had stumbled, and he had been unconscious for some time.

It transpired that these individuals had once been associated with Finn Wallace in the past, and they readily agreed to assist Sean in reaching Greenwich. Their plan involved smuggling Sean onto a helicopter and fleeing the area, but time was of the utmost importance. Despite this, they were forced to travel on foot, navigating through the labyrinthine tunnels beneath the city.

With Sean out of sight, Luan descended upon the pub, unleashing a hail of bullets. Unfortunately, one of the patrons betrayed Sean's location, leading Luan and his men into the tunnels in pursuit. They soon caught up to Sean, initiating a harrowing chase. Despite the odds, Sean made it to Greenwich, only to be confronted by Elliot. As their conversation unfolded, a car arrived, bearing an assassin who incapacitated Elliot on the pavement and bundled Sean Wallace into the vehicle's backseat. It was evident that these newcomers were neither Albanian nor aligned with Elliot's men, but rather a completely separate entity.

Sean was taken captive and bound, where he was subjected to a barrage of bullets from an Uzi. As the assassin looked on, it seemed undeniable that Sean had finally met his demise.
