Episode 6 of Season 3 of "Gangs of London" takes us seven years back in time from the present narrative. Elliot's son has been haunted by recurring visions of a shadowy figure lurking outside their home. However, these aren't mere figments of his imagination; there is indeed someone out there. Elliot's wife, maintaining a brave front for her husband's sake, ultimately confronts the man, armed with a kitchen knife. This individual is revealed to be Johnny, a deeply paranoid soul who believes he's being tailed. He has been collaborating with Naomi in his quest for information, which will undoubtedly connect to the mysterious envelope glimpsed at the beginning of Episode 1. As Johnny departs, it's unmistakable that he is indeed being shadowed.
Returning to the present day, Ed and his crew embark on a mission to hunt down Elliot, who is conspicuously absent from his home. Saba and the rest of the gang notice the abundance of beer kegs and suspect the worst. They deduce that Elliot has been duping them, and their suspicions are further cemented when they discover the contaminated product hidden inside the kegs. Ed orchestrates a traffic blockade and resolves to find and eliminate Elliot. Shannon is visibly shaken, while Saba remains unconvinced of Elliot's culpability. News of this reaches Marian too, prompting her to mobilize her forces and dispatch Cornelius and Billy to track down and terminate Elliot.
Meanwhile, Asif takes Lale's baby and prepares to flee London. He arrives at a secluded location where Ed Dumani awaits him, revealing that the two have a fragile alliance. They confirm that Elliot has been dealt with. It transpires that the Dumanis have been orchestrating events behind the scenes with Asif, aiming to tip the balance of power in London.
Regrettably, Elliot and the Wallace family have been ensnared in the midst of this treacherous deceit. Sean's untimely demise has already cast a dark shadow, and now it seems that Elliot's fate hangs by a thread. To compound matters, we discover that Henry, the Mayor's trusted deputy and key council member, is colluding with Asif, further fueling the political undercurrents of this convoluted saga.
Shannon presents the incriminating evidence against Zeek, emphasizing that he is now a fugitive, desperate to flee before the entire conspiracy is exposed. Despite being cornered, Elliot manages a miraculous escape, only to find himself confronted by Shannon, who fires a shot, grazing his shoulder.
As Shannon slips away into the night, Elliot once again crosses paths with Zeek. A fierce struggle erupts between them, culminating in Zeek overpowering Elliot and leaving him sprawled on the pavement outside. Zeek spares Elliot's life, albeit reluctantly, offering a convoluted apology for his son's death—a victim he never intended to harm. He justifies his actions by claiming that he was merely following orders.
Upon returning home, Shannon hastily packs her belongings, preparing for an abrupt departure. A painful wound on her foot, the result of an impromptu encounter with a nail courtesy of Elliot's devise, adds to her woes. She does her utmost to bandage the injury, but her delays inadvertently draw Elliot closer.
Bloodied and weary, Elliot arrives at her doorstep, seeking refuge from his gunshot wounds. Shannon's blood-stained shoes, glimpsed under the coffee table, give her pursuer the answer he seeks. Narrowly escaping death at Shannon's hands, Elliot is rescued by Lale just as Shannon steps out, gun in hand, and fires at the fleeing vehicle.
In this tense and dramatic tableau, the stakes are raised, and the fates of these entangled characters hang in the balance.
