Meanwhile, Malakai and Rowan's fiery new relationship casts a shadow over Darren, who, along with Ca$h, has been patiently awaiting the right moment for intimacy, respecting Ca$h's pace. As the bus rolls towards the camp, Sasha distributes condoms as part of her advocacy, catching Missy's attention and prompting Spider to discover her bisexuality.
Upon arrival, the students scurry to claim their rooms, only for a deceased possum to complicate matters, leading Jojo to assign Amerie, Quinni, and Harper to share quarters. Jojo's intervention halts the festivities, but in the bathrooms, Missy and Spider's chance encounter blossoms into flirtatious exchanges while applying moisturizer, foreshadowing an eventual eruption of sexual tension between them.

After the failed mediation attempt, Voss proposed an unconventional solution: blindfolding the students and leading them deep into the forest, tasking them with navigating their way back to camp. Jojo vehemently opposed this plan, but Voss insisted that the exercise would foster resilience and unity among the students.
Unfortunately, the students became disoriented, splintering into small groups and failing to collaborate effectively. Darren stumbled upon some mushrooms, sparking a heated debate about their edibility and the equitable distribution of resources. Before a consensus could be reached, Ant impulsively ingested some. The others watched anxiously, awaiting any adverse effects. Instead, the mushrooms sent Ant into a euphoric frenzy, prompting the rest of the students to partake, resulting in a night filled with vivid hallucinations—except for Quinni, who remained stone-cold sober.
While Jojo fretted and pressured Voss to backtrack and locate the students, the latter immersed themselves in surreal visions. Malakai hallucinated kissing Amerie while Rowan, hurt and confused, pulled away. Meanwhile, Darren and Ca$h shared intimate confessions and became physically close.
