In the sixth episode of "In Your Radiant Season," Chan's journey back to Seoul is filled with anticipation as he eagerly awaits seeing Ha-ran. However, his plans are abruptly halted by a call from Ben, who informs him of the need to return to the States immediately. In a rush, he heads to the airport, trying to reach Ha-ran on the phone, but she's in a meeting with Na-na and can't pick up. It's Mr. Park who eventually breaks the news to her. Later, she learns that there have been changes in Chan's company's leadership, and all projects have been halted.

The absence of Chan is deeply felt at Na-na Atelier, especially by Ha-ran, who continues to wait for a call or a message from him. Meanwhile, Ha-ran's team works on a new project - a reinterpretation of the atelier's looks from the '70s. Ha-young suggests using sustainable materials, but Tae-suk disagrees, saying that customers expect premium fabrics. Later, Ha-ran and Mr. Park lament over Chan's absence, joined by Park's dog, Genius, and a little boy named Dong-gu, whom Chan used to play with.
At school, Ha-dam confronts You-gyum after finding his bottle in her grandmother's study and seeing So-ra calling You-gyum's phone. You-gyum admits that he met Na-na to "score brownie points" with her and that he met So-ra only to tell her to stop following him. Ha-dam tells him she can't accept that he lied to her, and You-gyum is, in turn, upset at her suspicion.
Ha-ran hears from Tae-suk that Ben said the project might be cancelled, and she still can't reach Chan since his old phone number isn't available anymore. At home, all three Song sisters get into a fight due to their respective bad days. In the end, they go to a seaside spot to let off some steam and share their worries with each other.
Ha-young tells Ha-ran that Chan will definitely reach out soon, but Ha-ran seems keen to move on. She proves it the next day when she coldly moves on to the next project, even telling Mr. Park that Chan will most likely not return.
One day, she takes a day off from work, which worries Ha-young. Na-na goes to the hospital for a test that day, but Tae-suk finds an error in one of their garments and she is forced to leave. Mr. Park, who was at the hospital for his own tests, happens to see her. Since the garment error was due to Na-na's oversight (stemming from her illness), she personally makes sure it is fixed and even apologizes to the factory workers who help her do so. However, when she leaves, she breaks down and cries.
That evening, Ha-ran arrived home late, her heart heavy. She confides in Na-na that she had fulfilled every item on Chan's Seoul bucket list, yet it hadn't eased her sorrow. Despite this, she doesn't regret their encounter, and Na-na reassures her, saying it's a testament to their connection. She adds that sometimes, one must let go to embrace new beginnings.
The next day, Mr. Park pays Na-na a visit, inquiring about the hospital visit, but she chooses to keep it a secret. Meanwhile, Ha-ran and Rae-mee attend an exhibition by the artist Jay Yoon. Ha-ran realizes she was supposed to meet Chan at a one-table restaurant that day. When Rae-mee catches sight of the reservation, he insists they go there. Upon arrival, Rae-mee abruptly leaves to meet his partner. As Ha-ran steps inside the restaurant, a familiar voice calls out to her – it's Chan!
Ha-ran is taken aback and gives him a heartfelt embrace. As they sit down to dine, Chan explains that he sent her a message before his flight but it didn't reach her due to a network issue. He and his team then worked tirelessly for the next few days, ultimately saving their project! While Chan speaks with Mr. Park on the phone, Ha-ran drifts off at the table. Mr. Park notes that Ha-ran didn't seem to rest well after Chan left.
At a fabric store, Ha-young learns that Tae-suk has requested biosilk despite not being able to pay upfront. She confronts Tae-suk about it and tells him he doesn't need to go so far; she's fine with it. Tae-suk tells her she doesn't need to pretend to be okay when she's not. Ha-young doesn't comprehend his words. A flashback reveals Ha-young at her parents' funeral, assuring herself that she must be strong to hold the family together.
An hour after Ha-ran falls asleep, the pair head back out. Suddenly, Chan realizes he left his suitcase at the airport and rushes back to retrieve it. He calls Ha-ran and tells her he found it but stops short when he sees Ha-ran entering the airport herself. She tells him she had many regrets when he left and doesn't want to feel that way again. She now returns his question from when he first came to South Korea, asking if she can "be nice to him now." Chan is overcome with emotion and envelops her in a tight embrace.
