In Your Radiant Season – K-drama Episode 7 1

Chan soon organizes a reunion with everyone from Ha-ran and his team at Mr. Park's cafe. Everyone is thrilled to have Chan back for two months. While helping Mr. Park, Chan drops a plastic bottle, and the sound triggers another new memory for him, although he doesn't recall all of it yet. After the meal, Ha-ran stays behind to help Chan clean up.

Elsewhere, an awkward encounter ensues when Ha-dam and You-gyum come across each other. Since they are technically broken up, another boy asks Ha-dam for her number. You-gyum starts walking away, and Ha-dam loudly agrees to give the boy her number (although she doesn't really). At the park, Na-na comes across Mr. Park taking Genius for a walk and sees You-gyum mooning over Ha-dam. She gives him some tough love and tells him to face the issue head-on.

Back at the cafe, Ha-ran accidentally walks in on Chan changing when she's trying to give him his phone. He tries to tell her she has something on her face, and she misunderstands, thinking he's going to kiss her. He teases her and says he thought he saw the old her. Of course, he quickly realizes his mistake and says that Ha-young told him she used to be more fun and cheerful. They then go over Ha-ran's "homework," and Chan says she has to do his bucket list again with him.

The next day, Ha-ran and her family visit her parents' graves. Afterwards, Ha-young realizes she left her phone behind and goes back. She's surprised to see Tae-suk there. A flashback shows a young Tae-suk giving Ha-young's parents flowers and thanking them for welcoming him. Na-na even tells Tae-suk to join the family photo.

At present, Tae-suk keeps saying "I'm sorry" like he did at the funeral. Ha-young finds her phone and suggests they should go out for a meal. She's surprised when Tae-suk clears the path in front of them of stones simply because she's wearing heels.

At home, Ha-ran asks Ha-young if she ever spoke to Chan about her, but she can't remember. While talking, Ha-young points out that Chan's name is similar to Hyeok-chan's. Meanwhile, Chan realizes that all the missing parts of his memory have the sound of Su-jin's bracelet. A shot at the airport shows that Su-jin has just arrived.

As for You-gyum, he gets ready to apologize for Ha-dam's behavior. But he gets a rude shock when he sees her giving the boy who asked her out a drink with a heart on it. In the morning, Ha-young and Ha-ran see that Ha-dam has dropped their mother's favorite dessert plate. Ha-young is angry, and Ha-dam bursts out that she feels left out when they talk about their parents because she was young when they died and can't remember them. Ha-young follows Ha-dam out and tells her how much she is like their mother. Ha-dam leaves with a smile.

A package arrives at the cafe for Chan, and Mr. Park happens to notice that the address is in Boston. Chan also receives a message from someone who asks him to meet but keep it a secret from Ha-ran. At the atelier, Ben and Chan tell the others that the response to Won's character design was very positive, so they want to design one more outfit for her.

Chan's secret meeting turns out to be with none other than Na-na. She asks him about his family and then opens up about Ha-ran's hardships. A flashback shows that Ha-ran was refusing to eat or sleep after the incident with Hyeok-chan. Na-na makes her work at the atelier, forcing her to move, eat, and sleep again. At present, Na-na thanks Chan for making Ha-ran smile again. She asks him to stay by her side, which is when he tells her that he might not be as good for Ha-ran as she thinks.

Afterwards, Chan takes Ha-ran to his grandmother's pottery exhibition. There, Ha-ran is moved by an art piece that was made by putting the shattered parts of a broken piece together again. She asks Kim Seon (Chan's grandmother) about her mother's plate and Seon offers to try and fix it.

Meanwhile, Tae-suk calls Ha-young for some work. A man picks up and tells him that Ha-young is drunk and passed out at a bar. Tae-suk goes to the bar, where Ha-young confesses feeling bad about Ha-dam not knowing their parents. Tae-suk gently takes her home.

At school, Ha-dam and You-gyum come across each other at the nurse's office. Each worries about the other, but they don't say anything. After the exhibition, Chan and Ha-ran leave for home but Ha-ran insists on coming back to bring Seon a gift. They are surprised to see Chan's father, Seonu Seok, speaking to Seon. A flashback shows that even after his accident, Chan's father wanted him to get back to studying.

At present, Seok attempts to engage in conversation with Chan, yet he is met with rejection. When Seok reaches out to touch Chan, the latter pushes him away, causing him to collide with a glass table. The impact results in a small shard of glass, which leaves a mark on Ha-ran's face. This makes Chan feel even more distraught. After leaving to clear his head, Ha-ran notices that Seok has dropped a watch on the floor. She picks it up and goes to Shim, searching for Chan. There, Mr. Park has just discovered a new brown pen with Ha-ran's name engraved on it, sitting in Chan's jacket pocket. He is puzzled by this but conceals it from Ha-ran.

When Chan finally returns home, Ha-ran presents him with the watch. It is a timepiece he gave his father years ago, featuring a drawing by Chan on the back. Ha-ran asserts that this proves his care for her, but Chan believes any chance of reconciliation is unattainable. He also tells Ha-ran that they shouldn't continue seeing each other due to his fear of hurting her. However, Ha-ran refuses to let go. She tells Chan that he has helped her heal and that she wants to do the same for him. He warns her that he will come to love her even more, but she reassures him, encouraging him to lean down and kiss her.
