In the opening of episode 4 of Kohrra, a flashback is unveiled, depicting Paul and Liam's last visit to India after college. Manna disparages Happy in comparison to Paul, proclaiming Paul as the cherished possession of the Dhillon family. In the present day, Amarpal interrogates Saakar and promptly arrests him for his involvement in Paul's death and Liam's disappearance.

Meanwhile, Sindha attempts to assassinate Toti but the latter miraculously escapes by jumping into a waterbody off the highway. At the police station, Kulli finally agrees to reveal the truth, narrating the events from the night of Paul's murder. He informs the authorities that Paul and Liam approached him to purchase cocaine but fled when he tried to persuade them to buy heroin from him.
Kulli explains that his scooter repeatedly broke down while he was trying to follow their car. He continues his pursuit and eventually reaches the car, finding Paul's body with his throat slit. Kulli attempts to steal Paul's ring and smartwatch but claims that Paul was still alive. He confesses to hitting Paul with a stone until the NRI died before stealing his valuables. Kulli assures the police that he didn't slit Paul's throat but was indeed involved in his death.
Meanwhile, Happy meets Pramod to hand over the 20 lakh rupees. However, before he can leave with the money, Happy threatens Pramod with a gun but is hesitant to shoot. Pramod disarms Happy and severely beats him, threatening to slit his throat. Pramod takes away the money and the gun, demanding another 20 lakhs from the car dealership owner to cover up Liam's disappearance.
Toti awakens in a hospital, hallucinating Liam's presence. At the police station, Amarpal tortures Saakar into confessing his involvement in the crime. Saakar reassures the cop that he had no part in Paul's death but was only involved in a brawl with him and Liam. Balbir invites Raman to Gold's birthday party to prevent him from asking questions about the child's disappearance and hiding away on the school terrace.
Balbir confronts Realtor and businessman Karan Gill and warns him about seeing his daughter. He threatens Karan and asks him to stay away from Nimrat because she's a married woman and mother. Karan defies Balbir's threats and reminds him of his own status.
Manna learns that Happy is being threatened by Pramod. Balbir, upon visiting Toti at the hospital, discovers that truck driver Sindha was involved in the incident with Liam. At the same time, Veera is taken in for questioning at the police station amidst a swarm of media. She spots Saakar at the station and tries to reach out to him, but is dragged away by Satnam. The female inspectors brutalize Veera and interrogate her about her connection with both Saakar and Paul. She asserts that she first met Saakar and spent time with him from 6 pm to 8 pm, while she met Paul between 10:30 and 11:00 pm that night. Balbir reveals that Saakar's phone was in the same location as Paul's and hers on the night of his murder.
Despite Veera's claim of having no knowledge of the crime, the female officers continue to beat her up. Balbir receives a call from Mrs. Soni informing him that Steve is destroying their house. Steve attacks the Soni family's house after discovering that Veera's ex-boyfriend had killed Paul. Balbir takes Satnam to the Dhillon farmhouse and warns Steve against ruining his case. He also warns Satnam for leaking confidential information about the case to Steve, threatening to arrest him on multiple charges if he continues to harm people around him.
Amarpal goes searching for Sindha but learns that the truck driver is off delivering goods and will return the following day. That night, Balbir visits Indira at her house, and the two start chatting. Indira tries to kiss Balbir while holding his hand, and they engage in a passionate moment when Indira's mother-in-law asks about her deceased son, Nopi. Balbir panics and rushes outside, apologizing to Indira.
Outside, Reporter Sodhi finds Balbir and claims that he was only trying to get intel on Paul's murder investigation. Balbir warns Sodhi from meddling in his private life. Meanwhile, Amarpal meets Silky for a quick chat, and the two have a romantic discussion about what they would like to do for their honeymoon.
That night, SSP Sikka tells Balbir that he needn't look further and reports that Kulli was the person who murdered Paul. Sikka claims that Punjab's drug problem is something they need to solve instead of such murder cases. Balbir argues that forensics reported that the person who slit Paul's throat was left-handed while Kulli is right-handed.
Sikka urges Balbir to simplify the case and conclude it promptly. That night, Balbir, consumed by sorrow and frustration, confesses to Amarpal how he has been incompetent in every aspect of his life and fears he will die the same way. He neglects his grandson's birthday and returns home late, leaving Nimrat disappointed in her father. That night, Jung, Amarpal's brother, discusses the possibility of Amarpal marrying Silky. Jung asserts that he has worked tirelessly for Amarpal, even managing to secure 5 lakhs when Amarpal needed it for his job. He implores Amarpal not to make any drastic decisions that could jeopardize their perfect lives.
Amarpal tells his brother that he does not want any part of their father's 30-lakh property. He aspires to start his own family and will not be deterred by anyone. Rajji is angered and rebukes Amarpal for being ungrateful for her sacrifices. She tells him that everything she did was for their family. Amarpal requests Rajji to cease her attempts at manipulating him. Balbir calls Reporter Sodhi to provide him with information on the case in exchange for silence regarding his personal matters.
The next morning, the news reports that Kulli, the person arrested for Paul's murder, was right-handed, and the person who slit Paul's throat was left-handed. The episode concludes with Amarpal and the police pursuing Sindha as he flees, leaving his truck behind.
