In Episode 10 of "Love Me," the narrative deepens as events unfold from Do-hyun's perspective. He grapples with finding a suitable pianist for his advertisement until Yun-ju unexpectedly steps in and assists them in recording the piece. However, Do-hyun maintains his boundaries with her, choosing instead to return to a visibly troubled Jun-kyung at home.

Upon arriving, he finds Jun-kyung in a dire state and finally reveals the truth to her. He also proposes marriage, but contrary to his expectations, Jun-kyung isn't ready for it. Meanwhile, Ja-young's condition deteriorates. Jin-ho, concerned, discusses her behavior with Jun-kyung, and they deduce that her distress may be deeply connected to unresolved grief following the loss of her pet.
On the other hand, Jun-kyung and Do-hyun spend time with Jun-kyung's friends, who inadvertently become their counselors. Do-hyun learns that Jun-kyung's hesitation toward marriage stems from the trauma of her parents' relationship after her mother's accident. Understanding this, he reassures her that he's willing to wait, and the two move past the issue for now.
Shortly thereafter, the entire Seo family, along with Do-hyun, Daniel, and Hye-on, visit Jin-ho and Ja-young at the campsite. While there, Jun-kyung hallucinates a conversation with her mother, which gives her the courage to accept Do-hyun and decide to get married. She announces it to the family.
Meanwhile, Yun-ju continues to spiral emotionally, and we learn that her time in Germany had been far from easy. The story becomes more emotionally charged as characters navigate their personal struggles and relationships within the context of love and loss.
Under relentless pressure from his family and Hye-on, who remain oblivious to the recruitment predicament, Jun-seo employs his savings to secure the teaching position. As Jun-kyung and Do-hyun bask in the bliss of their engagement, Jin-ho and Ja-young hold a private wedding ceremony, confined only to their presence.
Later, Jun-kyung and Do-hyun contemplate having a child together, with Jun-kyung apprehensive about her fertility at the age of 38. The couple consults a doctor and learns that while Jun-kyung has no issues conceiving, Do-hyun is shockingly infertile. Struggling to accept this reality, he decides to keep it a secret and asks Jun-kyung to do the same.
Yun-ju eventually learns about Jun-kyung and Do-hyun's wedding plans and seeks out Jun-kyung once again, attempting to assert her authority and permanence in Do-hyun's life through Daniel. In a moment of agitation, Jun-kyung questions whether Daniel is even Do-hyun's child, leaving Yun-ju stunned.
Meanwhile, Ja-young gets lost in the forest, unable to recognize her surroundings, until Jin-ho finds her, strongly suggesting the onset of dementia as the episode concludes.
