Episode 3 of *Love Me* unfolds with a hilarious twist as Jun-kyung wakes up at Do-hyun's house, unbeknownst to them, they had talked and laughed together until they eventually fell asleep. Interestingly, Jun-kyung's friend, Su-jin, takes it upon herself to announce to everyone that Jun-kyung is now happily in a relationship.

Meanwhile, Jun-kyung's father, Jin-ho, travels solo to Jeju, where he meets the warm-hearted tour guide Ja-yeong while still deeply grieving the loss of his wife. Elsewhere, Jun-seo reunites with his girlfriend Yun-sol, who expresses her desire to host a birthday house party at Jun-seo's place, completely disregarding the fact that his mother recently passed away. Nevertheless, in an attempt to please her, Jun-seo decorates the house, only to be caught by Jun-kyung when she visits at their father's request. The siblings share a moment of humorous understanding as Jun-seo learns about Jun-kyung's relationship.
Later that night, Do-hyun invites Jun-kyung to his studio, where it's revealed that he isn't as obscure as everyone had assumed and has several popular commercial hits under his belt as a composer. Impressed, Jun-kyung ends up spending the night at his place, deepening their relationship, quite unlike their original plan to take things slow.
Soon after, Do-hyun is forced to move and decides to stay with a junior, whom Jun-kyung mistakenly assumes is a woman due to his long, silky hair. She ends up inviting Do-hyun to stay with her, ignoring Su-jin's concerns about moving in too early. The two later share a good laugh over the misunderstanding.
The following days pass blissfully for the new couple, with Jun-kyung basking in the warmth of her long-desired companionship as she returns to a bright home, where Do-hyun lovingly cooks for her and the two share meals together.
Elsewhere, Jun-seo is left in despair when Yun-sol brings an entire squadron of people to her party instead of the few close friends she had promised, pushing him into further loneliness despite being in a relationship.
At the same time, Ja-yeong continues to show kindness to a grieving Jin-ho and invites him to dinner. Jin-ho opens up about his wife's passing, and the two return to the hotel together. They even go on a yacht ride, where Ja-yeong shares how she lost her husband a decade ago. In their own way, they continue to heal by simply keeping each other company.
Elsewhere, Su-jin warmly invites Jun-kyung and Do-hyun over for a cozy dinner, where everyone is immediately drawn to Do-hyun's charming demeanor. Upon returning home, Jun-kyung feels safe enough to confide in Do-hyun about her mother's untimely death and the strained relationship that followed the accident, causing an underlying resentment between them. As Do-hyun strives to comfort her, he bravely opens up about his own personal life, surprising Jun-kyung with the revelation that he has a son.
