Meanwhile, Marta's pregnancy begins to sink in, bringing a whirlwind of emotions. At the clinic, an unexpected encounter with her sister ignites a fiery debate outside, their conversation punctuated by the presence of pro-life protesters, creating a surreal backdrop filled with humorous and tense moments. Ultimately, Marta decides to return to work, though her time in the office proves fleeting as she's summoned to the set to oversee a commercial shoot.

Fate steps in as Raul and Edu arrive at the set, eager to explore new creative avenues. Edu's initial proposal of a gloryhole fails to ignite Raul's enthusiasm, but this unexpected twist might just be the catalyst needed to stir the embers of romance between Raul and Marta.

Edu eventually heads home, leaving Raul to an unwelcome visitor: his erratic ex, Gina, who pops by to retrieve her air-fryer. Unfortunately, she stumbles upon the heart surgery paperwork, unwittingly glimpsing Raul's vulnerability.

Despite initial giggles, Raul manages to pull through the commercial shoot. Afterwards, he and Marta find themselves strolling home together, enjoying each other's company and forging a deeper connection. Their playful dares take a comical turn, but the mood abruptly shifts when Raul receives an unprovoked punch to the face from a passerby.

Upon returning home, Raul is met by Gina, whose sudden rush into his arms and declarations of love shatter his fleeting sense of well-being entirely.
