In the opening of Episode 6 of "Maamla Legal Hai," election rallies take center stage as Advocates Tyagi, Phorey, Gupta, Jha, and a female candidate, Sagrika, address their respective teams of lawyers, urging them to cast their votes in their favor during the Bar Association's presidential election. Sujata, Ananya, and Vishwas witness how Sagrika's campaign is effectively swaying the female lawyers and decide to take action.

Meanwhile, a police officer, acting on Phorey's instructions, lashes out at a lawyer at the Jhilmil Court with a cane. This action triggers a massive riot among the group of lawyers, which is captured by the media. As a result, Tyagi is unable to campaign in Jhilmil Court - the court where Phorey practices.
The other candidates, Gupta, Jha, and Tyagi inform Kazmi that Phorey had deliberately caused chaos to sabotage their campaigns by campaigning in all courts. Kazmi reveals that the Jhilmil court judge, who is Phorey's uncle, had already issued an order to halt further campaigns. Kazmi suggests postponing the elections, but Tyagi opposes the idea.
Sujata then visits Sagrika's hometown and informs some of the men there that she is securing all of Tyagi's votes from the female lawyers. She implies that Sagrika, a woman from the same caste as these men, is defaming their caste and asks them to convince her to withdraw her candidacy. Tyaagi enlists his interns to persuade lawyers from the Jhilmil court to vote for him from outside the court.
On the other hand, the men try to intimidate Sagrika into withdrawing her nomination. Sagrika defiantly refuses, stating that she does not believe in caste. She threatens to physically harm the two men and asks them never to return to her office.
Sujata confides in Ananya that she has been practicing from a foyer for the past 15 years and desperately seeks a chamber. She expresses her desire for Tyagi to win so she can proudly ask him for a chamber.
Meanwhile, Tyagi devises a strategy to persuade the Jhilmil lawyers en masse rather than approaching each individually. He visits Jhilmil and appeals to the cops there, asking them to withdraw their complaint. Inspector Satendar informs Tyagi that the cop who filed the complaint against the lawyers did not have an advocate to represent him during the hearing.
Tyagi's interns inform him that Phorey's lawyer, Prince, is fighting the case on behalf of the legal fraternity. Tyagi decides to represent the cop and stand in opposition to the lawyers, making a bold statement. Prince expresses his concern to Phorey about Tyagi's move, but the latter confidently predicts that Tyagi will ultimately fail.
On the other hand, Ananya leverages her grandfather's influence to persuade Sagrika to reconsider her decision. She reveals how Tyagi has helped countless people, ultimately convincing Sagrika to withdraw her nomination. Meanwhile, Tyagi appears in court to represent the cop amidst a storm of backlash against him.
Using the courtroom as a platform, Tyagi engages in a powerful argument, siding with the lawyers. Phorey is left confused, and Prince has no valid counterargument to stop Tyagi. Tyagi continues to speak about the struggles faced by lawyers and uses the case as a means to campaign in Jhilmil Court. The lawyers in the courtroom become emotional after hearing Tyagi's impassioned plea, and the lawyer realizes that his goal has been achieved.
That evening, Tyagi and his team celebrate when Sujata receives a call from Sagrika, informing her of Tyagi's bravery. The episode concludes with Tyagi celebrating his successful campaign in Jhilmil Court and convincing Sagrika to withdraw her nomination.
