In the thrilling third episode of Matka King, Brij's journey takes a dangerous turn as he's attacked by union leaders. But, just when all hope seems lost, Dagdu arrives, charging into battle to save Brij's life. Brij thanks his savior and returns home, where he's met with Barkha's disappointment over his late arrival. She confronts him about a news article that's critical of him and accuses him of lying. Brij, protective of her, insists he wants to keep her away from the dangerous world of crime.

Meanwhile, Brij prepares to attend a lavish party hosted by Gulrukh, where he's nervous about pitching his Matka business to her wealthy friends. He struggles to fit in and hides in the bathroom, where Gulrukh finds him and tries to encourage him. Despite her efforts, Brij leaves the party early, leaving Gulrukh to present the games alone.
The next day, she visits his stall and confronts him for abandoning her, but then offers him a share of the earnings. This sparks an idea in Brij's mind to make Gulrukh his business partner. He enlists her help in handling wealthy clients while he focuses on labourers and local bettors.
Determined to expand his empire, Brij decides to set up stalls across different parts of the country. He devises a plan to control the winning numbers while people place bets at multiple locations. Each day, Brij selects the winning numbers and informs the stall operators. The same numbers win across all Matka stalls, and he names this system "Sangam."
This strategic move not only boosts Brij's business but also creates a sense of unity among his followers, as the winning numbers seem to be a sign of good luck and unity. With Gulrukh as his partner and the "Sangam" system in place, Brij's Matka business is set to thrive.
Over the next two years, Matka Sangam gains immense popularity across the country. Brij also bribes labour unions and the police to ensure that his operations run smoothly. Elsewhere, TP D’souza realizes that his article failed to affect the gambling business. He raises the issue at a press conference with politician Prataprao Bapat. Bapat asks TP to meet him privately and discusses both Matka and race course gambling. However, he loses interest when he learns that Brij is not a gangster but a common man.
Meanwhile, Lachu flirts with a college student named Vasudha while she is smoking with her friends. When her teacher catches her, she blames Lachu for influencing her. Lachu panics and leaves. The next day, Vasudha meets him for tea and apologizes for getting him into trouble.
Back at home, Barkha’s father visits and speaks to Brij about his failing farming business. With no income, he asks Brij to help him set up a Matka stall in his hometown. Brij refuses, saying he does not want his reputation affected by relatives. At the same time, Dagdu and Lachu argue over accounting errors.
Meanwhile, women in the chawl mock Barkha because of Brij’s work. She is upset and shares this with him. Brij takes Barkha out and asks her to dress in an expensive saree. They buy a car and go for a drive, eventually reaching the race course.
At the race course, Brij meets Laljibhai, who behaves politely with him and Barkha. Brij tells Barkha that his work has earned him respect among wealthy people. The next day, Brij and Barkha drop her father off at the bus station. Brij gives him money and asks him not to pursue the Matka business.
Elsewhere, Bapat discusses the Matka business with his manager and considers raiding Brij’s house to confiscate any undisclosed income that he is hiding there. Meanwhile, Laljibhai, who is Vasudha’s father, meets Lachu privately and tries to persuade him to betray Brij. The episode ends with Lachu manipulating the winning numbers at his stall to help Laljibhai, while Dagdu notices errors in the accounts.
