However, everything comes crashing down when the family's victory is disqualified due to Elena's involvement in tampering with the car. The team is suspended for a year, and soon after, Bruno, the patriarch of the family, passes away. The future of Alpha Blaze hangs in the balance as Elena's brother, Giulio, takes temporary control of the company. Despite this setback, Elena is determined to restore her family's name and honor.

Meanwhile, Blu, fresh out of prison with a striking blue streak in her hair, enters the scene with big dreams of becoming a champion. Initially relegated to humble tasks like mopping floors, Blu's true colors are revealed when she steals a car and effortlessly laps the competition during tryouts, outshining even Paolo.

Elena is keen to push forward with this rebellious driver, but her brother Giulio has a different opinion. After Blu's reckless act of wrecking the car and fleeing the scene, he believes that Paolo Ferri is the real deal. This sets the stage for a thrilling and emotional journey as the team struggles to find its footing and forge a new path towards redemption.

Elena is determined to put her faith in this girl and create a team that can win the championship. She first meets with Arturo Benini, a former racing driver, but he refuses to be a mentor at first. He owes a lot of money to thugs and with his life hanging in the balance, and his dilapidated house up in flames as a warning, he has no choice but to get back into the racing scene again.

Benini heads off and meets with Sergio and his team next, who are experts at fixing cars. However, their operation isn't exactly legal. They run a racketeering business and want Arturo to steal a car. It soon becomes clear that he's one of the men whom he owes money to.

Arturo doesn't have much choice, and all of this stems from his father, Vittorio, who's currently in the hospital and may not have long left. His care is being paid for by Sergio, forcing Benini to play ball.

As fate would have it, Blu is also part of this racket, which ties the pair together. This also explains why Blu was behind bars. She and Benini show up at the junkyard together and take off with a stolen car. Unfortunately, they're stopped on the way by a routine traffic stop with the cops. When things don't go to plan due to scrutiny over the plates and their fake IDs, Blu ignores Arturo's pleas to go slow and winds up racing down the country lanes trying to shake the cops.

On their way through downtown, they come across Elena on her motorcycle, who works to slow the cops down and give them time to escape. Despite bringing the stolen car back, Arturo Benini is not out of the woods yet. He's given six months to pay back his full debt of 80k, otherwise, he and his father are out. Well, this gives Elena an opportunity to strike a deal with him to get the money.

We also learn here that Blu was abandoned by her mother and is quite sensitive about it. However, she could find a mother role-model in Elena, who also offers her a job. However, when Blu finds out that Arturo Benini is the full name of the person she's been working with, she reveals that he's the same man who killed her father.
