In the opening scene of Motorvalley's Episode 2, Blu embarks on a triumphant celebration of her newfound status as a race driver, flaunting her skills at a nighttime parking lot. Meanwhile, the harsh realities of Blu's situation begin to weigh heavily on Elena's shoulders. With Blu under a tight leash from the authorities, any deviation from the strict rules, such as visiting police stations for signatures and maintaining a close relationship with Elena without breaking the law, could send her straight back to jail.
Blu's video quickly spreads across social media (thankfully not reaching the authorities' eyes), causing a significant headache for Elena. Her appearance, reeking of alcohol and visibly exhausted from lack of sleep, only adds to Elena's concerns on a day that also marks the qualifying round.
Elena has made a bold decision to split the family name and trust in Blu and her new team, SC17, distancing herself from Giulio and Alpha Blaze. However, Blu's qualifying run is marred by a mid-race mishap. Thankfully, due to her impressive first lap, she's given another chance in Race 1. With just ten days left to pass the scrutinizing test and secure victory in the competition, time is of the essence.
To help Blu improve her driving skills, Elena and Arturo take her out to a secluded mountainous refuge to test her handling skills with a rally car. Despite Arturo's insightful suggestions, Blu stubbornly ignores them, leading to a disastrous final turn.
Given their past issues and Benini's ties to her father, Blu is hesitant to trust him fully. Despite Benini's efforts to push her to her limits and extract the best performance from her, Blu remains stubborn and unyielding.
Elena senses the rift and attempts to reach out to Benini, reminiscing about his racing credentials and how he would turn heads with his driving skills... and how good-looking he was. There's an obvious flirtation between them, but just before leaning in for a kiss, they hear the tires screech as Blu exits the house. After causing a commotion at the bar and refusing to leave with Benini and Elena when they tried to bring her back, Blu goes for a long drive with Ahmed. This seems to get through to her, and she finally starts listening to Benini. The group's fortunes look up as Blu asks about her father. Benini opens up and admits that he misjudged the distance due to the sun hitting his eyes, and the two cars collided. The pair were actually best friends at the time, and Benini compared him to a brother, despite being fierce rivals. Michele had an insatiable desire to race, and it tears Benini up what happened to the guy. This also helps him connect on a deeper level with Blu. With the training segment complete, Blu shows up at Race 1 but is locked in a heated contest with Paolo Ferri, the newcomer who's spearheading Alpha Blaze and Giulio's ambitions for the championship. During the race, Blu gets into a heated contest with Paolo and refuses to listen to Benini. As a result, she spins out but manages to hold on to finish in 5th place with Elena's SC17. In the aftermath of this, Elena receives a devastating call. Her cheque has bounced, and she'll need to return the race car in the morning. It seems Giulio is playing dirty – and Elena is ready to do what she can to fight back.
