Meanwhile, the businessman whom Knuckleduster had been questioning seizes the moment to flee. Pop☆Step, sharp as a tack, notices he was featured prominently in numerous photographs linked to incidents involving people losing control of their quirks. Without hesitation, she pursues him. Koichi, eager to lend a hand, attempts to follow her, but is intercepted by the three thugs from Episode 1, now far more powerful and formidable, rendering escape all but impossible.
Fortunately for Koichi, Eraser Head terminates his engagement with Knuckleduster, realizing the vigilante's innocence due to his lack of powers.
