Upon returning to his abode, Koichi is astounded to find Knuckleduster lounging in his living room, maskless, indulging in television, libations, and a feast as though it were his very own sanctuary. Hardly has the shock settled when Pop☆Step breezes in, ready to transform her space into a makeup studio and stage for her upcoming performance. It dawns on Koichi that his house has inadvertently morphed into their makeshift headquarters, all without his express consent.

This encounter prompts a shift in Koichi's perspective regarding his college aspirations. He had envisioned a bustling social life, filled with camaraderie and frequent nights out, but instead, he finds himself trapped in a job he loathes, devoid of genuine companionship. Conversely, Pop☆Step is in her element, commanding the stage and reconnecting with an adoring fanbase that throngs to see her.

Even the middle-schoolers who had faced battles alongside her in previous episodes have joined her fan club, their admiration evident. One such fan, now a die-hard supporter, takes to the mic to rally the crowd, emphasizing the importance of their unwavering support for Pop and the profound impact it has.

In this vivid tableau, Koichi's disillusionment with his current life trajectory becomes palpable, set against the backdrop of Pop☆Step's triumphant return to the spotlight and Knuckleduster's carefree demeanor in his home.

Regrettably, the individual who overheard their conversation remained indifferent, resorting to a quirky substance to reach Pop and demanding a handshake. In an instant, he transformed into a monstrous, slimy eel, wreaking chaos as he chased after the terrified girl. Fortunately, Koichi and Knuckleduster arrived just in time to lend a hand, yet they found themselves powerless against the creature's slimy coating. It was then that Knuckleduster's keen eye spotted an udon shop, inspiring a clever plan.

Pop☆Step cleverly lured the villain into a narrow alley, restricting his movements, and reluctantly agreed to his demand. However, after the handshake, the villain's intentions took a sinister turn as he attempted to embrace and kiss her, sending Pop into a panic.

Suddenly, as if from the heavens, a cascade of wheat flour descended upon them, enveloping them completely. Koichi and Knuckleduster seized the opportunity, using the flour to counteract the slimy adversary, ultimately enabling their capture. Later, the vigilantes converged at Koichi's residence, where he privately acknowledged his contentment with this thrilling, turbulent new way of life.

Meanwhile, within the Police Force, officials deliberated on the unsettling events unfolding in the city and pondered the motive behind the gratis distribution of Trigger. One detective speculated that it could be part of a broader scheme, given the high cost of drugs. Perhaps it was a political maneuver or an insidious plot aimed at plunging the city into turmoil.

Concurrently, Koichi and Pop embarked on their own investigation. They enlisted the aid of some middle schoolers to facilitate a conversation with Teruo, the fan who had earlier assaulted them, hoping to uncover more clues.

En route, a red-haired girl named Kuin approached Pop for a selfie, professing her ardent fandom. Unbeknownst to them, she was in fact a part-time villain. As soon as the vigilantes moved on, she unleashed a swarm of bees, covertly dispersing Trigger throughout the city.

In the blink of an eye, approximately ten individuals metamorphosed into instantaneous antagonists, plunging the scene into a maelstrom of chaos so profound that Teruo became isolated from his fellow middle school companions. Knuckleduster, discerning a minute bee in the fray, pursued it with vigor, yet the perpetrator remained elusive. Meanwhile, Kuin, who for some inexplicable reason was ushering Teruo away, bore the brunt of the crushed insect's pain, feigning camaraderie all the while.

Fortunately, the tumult subsided within mere minutes, thanks to the intervention of All Might and other heroic figures. However, lurking beneath the surface of the city's tranquility was a peril far more treacherous.
