The eleventh episode of "Nice to Not Meet You" resumes from the climactic moment of the previous installment, where Jae-hyeong invites Jeong-sin for tea, an impromptu plan that is eagerly embraced by both Hwa-young and Hyeon-jun, resulting in a quartet of awkward yet determined individuals at the café.
As they sit across from each other, tension mounts as Hyeon-jun and Jeong-sin engage in a heated debate over the authenticity of individuals on dating apps. Later, Hyeon-jun drops Jeong-sin off at her workplace in Gangnam, while Jae-hyeong escorts Hwa-young to their respective offices.
Jeong-sin delves back into her old case, and her encounter with Woo Young-suk's wife reveals a shocking revelation - the brother of Young-suk is now a wealthy tycoon, owning a building worth 40 billion won. Jeong-sin wonders if this can be connected to Assemblyman Ha.
Elsewhere, Hyeon-jun and Byeong-gi share a realization that a press conference for Kang Pil-gu is imminent, and with Byeong-gi's involvement, Jeong-sin's truth-finding mission is imminent. They spend a sleepless night brainstorming ways to thwart the conference, to no avail.
In the morning, Jeong-sin wakes up from a dream where she's wearing a wedding dress and Hyeon-jun stands before her. The dream lingers as she joins her colleagues for lunch. Meanwhile, Hyeon-jun has lunch with Hwa-young and confides in her his predicament. She urges him to be honest with Jeong-sin, though her hands are tied.
Jeong-sin is then visited by her chief editor in the political department, who offers her a chance to return to the political desk on the condition that she deletes all her videos. She declines, stating that the entertainment department has become her passion. The chief editor later informs Lee Dae-ho of Jeong-sin's refusal.
Later that day, Jeong-sin takes her brother out for a shopping spree and an expensive meal where he inquires about Jae-hyeong. This sparks a thought process within her, and in the evening, she meets Jae-hyeong to convey that she doesn't reciprocate his feelings. In fact, she suggests that he might actually have feelings for Hwa-young and is projecting them onto her due to their shared past.
The day of the press conference dawns, and Hyeon-jun's anxiety spirals out of control. But fortuitously, Byeong-gi is struck by a sudden bout of indigestion, rendering him unable to grace the event. The conference unfolds seamlessly, with Hyeon-jun even bestowing a bit of special attention on Jeong-sin. Later that day, Jeong-sin receives a call from Kim Dong-jun, the actor she once interviewed, offering her an exclusive interview.
Back at Sports Eunseong, Hwa-young receives a call about her son, who has been admitted to the hospital. Panic grips her as Jae-hyeong offers to drive her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Byeong-gi is also in the hospital, receiving a visit from Hyeon-jun. Byeong-gi discloses that he cannot hide forever and reveals a secret: on their date, Jeong-sin confessed her liking for Kang Pil-gu but not for Lim Hyeon-jun.
This revelation sends Hyeon-jun into a tailspin, propelling him to create a new Onion account named Heartless Love. He finds Soushi and sees that she has put the rice cooker up for sale. As a buyer, he contacts her and arranges to meet soon for the transaction.
On the appointed day and time, Jeong-sin arrives at their decided location with the rice cooker, waiting in the rain as Hyeon-jun arrives. He tells her that he is not only the buyer but also Melomaster. As the episode concludes, he finally confesses his liking for her.
