Lucy vows to surrender herself and confronts Tom, but despite his burning desire for revenge, he cannot act, for Darros's sole desire is Jules. A deal is struck: Charlie's freedom in exchange for Lucy.

Meanwhile, unaware of the turmoil, Jules finds solace in Xander's presence, confessing that Lucy and Eleanor feel like kindred spirits. Xander, perplexed, wonders why, as a younger clone, he possesses memories of Darros's gruesome killings. He chastises himself for aspiring to be like Darros and offers an apology for shooting Craig.

Orphan Black: Echoes – Episode 10 Season 1 1

Unable to reach Lucy, a distraught Jules rushes to Jack's, eavesdropping on Lucy's revelation of Tom's proposal. Without hesitation, Jules rushes off and surrenders herself to Tom, securing Charlie's freedom. Tina, Jack, and Charlie decide to flee the impending danger, Charlie understanding Lucy's inability to join them. He urges her to aid Jules. Jack probes Lucy's choice of name, revealing it to be a childhood character brought to life by a wishful heart. He assures her of his knowledge of her devotion to him, Charlie, and Jules, but Charlie's safety is paramount. He refuses to divulge if they will reunite, leaving Lucy with unanswered questions.

Rhona's unexpected appearance startles Kira, her words resonating deeply. She confesses her longing for her father and begs Kira to recreate him. Kira's advice to let go falls on deaf ears, as Rhona reveals she recorded Lucas's confession about the cloning technology. She threatens to expose the truth, reminding Kira of the illegality of human cloning. Shocked, Kira shares the news with Eleanor, who instructs her to inform Lucas of the developing situation.

As Eleanor found herself alone in the serene home, Lucas unexpectedly appeared. He had just ended his relationship with Rhona, having spoken candidly with Kira. He expressed regret for his harsh words and confessed that, while it might take him some time to fully accept Eleanor as his mother, he missed her dearly. Their embrace was filled with a mix of emotions, and Lucas inquired about Eleanor's thoughts on Kira. Eleanor, her heart heavy with turmoil, began to sift through their wedding photographs, silently vowing.

Elsewhere, Darros was making preparations for a highly anticipated launch the following day. Xander offered his assistance, knowing this would be their only chance to reach Jules. As they strategized their escape, Kira whispered to Xander to disable Darros' printer before he departed. In return, he revealed the truth about Darros' sister. Meanwhile, Eleanor remained focused on identifying the 11 scans.

Xander arrived at the farm, weaving a web of lies about his resilience and prowess, earning Darros' trust. Once Darros left for the launch, Xander stealthily snuck in Lucy, and together they liberated Jules. However, their paths diverged as Xander headed towards the printer.

Meanwhile, Kira made her way to the launch, intent on stalling Xander. He unveiled a grandiose plan to nurture 11 brilliant orphan teenagers, harnessing their potential to aid humanity. Eleanor, having finally deciphered the scans, realized with horror that these children were clones of renowned scientists from the past five decades. She immediately alerted Kira.

After the launch, Kira confronted Xander, challenging his unethical practices of cloning, manipulating, and lying to these innocent kids. He defended his actions, claiming that Jules had been corrupted, whereas a blank slate was easier to mold in the right direction. He spoke optimistically of how one of these clones, with the right resources, could potentially cure cancer. Kira struck a nerve, asking about his sister, Zora, who had battled cancer. Was he doing this for her? Xander denied it and strode away.

Kira returned home to find Eleanor replanting their garden, hopeful that they could build a new life together. However, Eleanor disclosed a shocking revelation: she had identified Kira as the 12th scan. As the credits rolled on Orphan Black: Echoes Episode 10, Xander showed Lucy his secret weapon—Jules 2.0, the twelfth clone.
