By staging an emergency, they trick the security guard and gain access to Neva's office after hours. Browsing through Darros' financial records, they discover a staggering 44 billion investment in a coastal property.

Delphine returns home, while Kira heads to the coastal estate. She stumbles upon a shed, leading to an underwater vault. The key slots into the lock, but a specific memory is the final piece. With only 30 minutes to decode the puzzle, Kira panics and calls Eleanor for help.

Meanwhile, Tom remains steadfast in his pursuit of Lucy, delving deeper into Jack's mysterious past. He even barters concert tickets for Tina's address, desperate for any clue. At Kira's abode, Jules offers Eleanor solace amidst the turmoil of Lucas's absence, reassuring her that she is indeed a loving mother. Her revelation touches Craig deeply, who is also proud of her for finding people who truly care for her.

Meanwhile, Eleanor and Jules escort a reluctant Xander to the shed. The final key lies in focusing on the intricate symbol etched on the lock, a shape identical to the necklace worn by Darros' sister. This triggers a memory within Xander—a memory of Josh and Darros creating his first copy, but with a fatal glitch, rendering Xander 1.0 only partially conscious. Darros places the necklace on the lifeless copy, advising Josh to discard it and move on to creating a more perfect replica.

The storage unit unlocks, revealing a trove of medical records—the medical records of every citizen in the country. This explains how Darros was able to replicate a sixteen-year-old Jules with such precision. The final logs indicate that Darros has created twelve such beings.

The scene shifts to Tom, breaking into Tina's home with determination. She puts up a valiant fight, but he subdues her with a mysterious injection. Frustrated by his failure to find Lucy, he abducts Charlie, leaving a dark cloud hanging over the conclusion of Orphan Black: Echoes Episode 9.
