In the opening of Episode 10 of Our Universe, Yoon-seong arrives at Woo-joo's recital, where Tae-hyung soon follows, albeit with a hint of disappointment at the sight of Yoon-seong and Hyun-jin together. He returns to the studio, where Manager Jo informs him that he is finally clearing out his desk and preparing to leave the country due to his inability to be in the same place as Amy Choo. The next morning, Manager Jo meets with Amy Choo to bid her farewell.

Meanwhile, Ms. Park begins experiencing back pain, and Du-sik insists they go to the doctor. Since they can't reach Hyun-jin, they call Tae-hyung to pick up Woo-joo from his daycare. He does so and suggests spending the day together with the little boy. They buy some books and then go to Tae-hyung's house for a while. Afterwards, he returns Woo-joo to Hyun-jin's place, where the two are awkward around each other. However, Tae-hyung offers to continue picking Woo-joo up from daycare until Ms. Park feels better. After he leaves, Hyun-jin notices that Tae-hyung left behind the lamp that first brought them together.
In the morning, Hyun-jin is surprised to see Yoon-seong waiting for her downstairs. He offers her a lift, dropping Woo-joo at his daycare along the way. When he suggests they carpool every day, Hyun-jin seems a bit uncomfortable. At the studio, Tae-hyung tells Amy that Manager Jo is leaving for the States on the 13th of the month. She then sees the report that Manager Jo left behind, detailing all her habits and needs, and seems touched by it.
Later, Tae-hyung takes Woo-joo from the daycare to Ms. Park's house. When she asks him to get some diapers from Hyun-jin's flat, he sees how messy the place is and decides to clean it up. He even cooks a new batch of rice for her. Hyun-jin is moved by this gesture but also looks a bit sad.
Throughout this episode, we see the characters navigating their emotions and relationships in a subtle yet meaningful way. The interactions between Tae-hyung and Hyun-jin, Yoon-seong's arrival at Woo-joo's recital, and Manager Jo's departure all contribute to the overall narrative of the show, painting a vivid picture of the lives of these individuals as they navigate their personal and professional lives.
Hyun-jin and Se-yeon meet at a cozy café where Hyun-jin confesses that Yoon-seong's selfless acts have left her feeling uneasy. Se-yeon explains that this discomfort may stem from Hyun-jin's inability to reciprocate his feelings. Nevertheless, she urges Hyun-jin to go on their third date to ascertain her true feelings.
Meanwhile, Tae-hyung's friends Ui-jun and Seung-taek visit his house, commenting on the significant changes they've witnessed. Baby-proofing and toys for Woo-joo are everywhere, showing his dedication to his family. Seung-taek, now working at the studio with Tae-hyung, rants about Manager Jo and Amy Choo, stating that the manager should express his feelings rather than leaving for the US. This remark resonates with Tae-hyung.
On the weekend, Tae-hyung attends a meeting at BS Food's office. While speaking with Seung-taek on the phone about Manager Jo's departure, Hyun-jin's colleague overhears this and mistakenly assumes that Tae-hyung is heading to the US.
For their third date, Yoon-seong takes Hyun-jin to the orphanage where he grew up, treating the children to gifts and a sumptuous meal. While there, Hyun-jin observes a child waiting for their mother to return and thinks of Tae-hyung. Suddenly, she receives a call from her colleague inquiring about a report and then mentions that Tae-hyung is leaving for the US and might not return.
Tae-hyung returns to the studio to find Amy Choo drunk on a bottle of wine. He urges her to pursue Manager Jo but she doesn't believe she deserves him. Tae-hyung makes an executive decision and drives them both to the airport.
At the orphanage, it begins to rain, and Hyun-jin thinks of Tae-hyung's promise to stand by her in the rain. She tells Yoon-seong she needs to leave and takes a cab to the airport where she sees Tae-hyung with Manager Jo's luggage (though she doesn't know this). She begs him not to leave, tells him how much she's missed him, and confesses that she likes him. When he tries to explain, she stops him with a kiss. He kisses her back and assures her that he isn't going anywhere.
