However, Won-mi is reveling in the spotlight and affection she's been receiving since news broke about her lawsuit against Chairman Ji. The public has endearingly nicknamed her "Justice Girl," and she's been flooded with advertising offers. Her latest film is thriving, and even her company is sweetening her contract renewal terms.

Conversely, Chairman Ji is in a furious funk, baffled by Attorney Lee's betrayal and exasperated by his subordinates' incompetence. He yearns for revenge and his liberty.

Meanwhile, Attorney Lee meets Seo-hyun for drinks to express his gratitude for her assistance. A menacing call from Chairman Ji interrupts their gathering, prompting Lee to excuse himself abruptly. Lee asserts that Chairman Ji displayed no remorse, leaving him with no alternative but to halt his parole. The chairman, once again, unleashes a torrent of threats before Lee terminates the call. He rejoins Seo-hyun inside, emphasizing his unwavering resolve, despite the dangers. He implores her to contemplate exposing other criminal activities Chairman Ji is entangled in.

The following day, Attorney Lee dives into his next case, one involving a high-profile swindler – the CEO of Junbong Holdings Investment, and his accomplice, Kim Bong-su. Bong-su is eligible for parole, but Lee doesn't deem him worthy.

The duo deceived numerous individuals, stripping them of their arduously earned wealth through the promise of lucrative investments. Ultimately, the law enforcement authorities apprehended them and incarcerated them, yet the whereabouts of approximately 40 billion Won they had concealed remained a mystery. Among their victims was Hwa-ran, a figure not unfamiliar with vengeful debt collectors. To lend a hand to those who had fallen prey to their deceit, Attorney Lee reached out to Hwa-ran, seeking her cooperation. Ji-soon harbored concerns, recalling a contentious encounter with Hwa-ran in court, fearing her intentions might be to seek revenge. Attorney Lee had previously secured victory for one of her victims in court, earning Hwa-ran's vow of retaliation. However, upon Lee's assurance of aiding her in reclaiming her losses, she granted him an audience.

Within the confines of the prison, Bong-su faced an assault orchestrated by another of his deceived victims. Yet, he cleverly turned the tables when the assailant hesitated to plunge the blade, revealing the man's plight—reduced to petty crimes to sustain his family after a devastating accident. Attorney Lee visited Bong-su in prison, his resolve wavering as the latter had yet to reconcile with any of his victims.

Concurrently, Dong-hoon embarked on a campaign of harassment towards Won-mi on the film set, aiming to coerce her into abandoning the case. He further orchestrated a meeting between her and Chairman Ji in prison, where the elderly inmate attempted to intimidate her. Yet, Won-mi stood her ground, emerging from the prison with a mixture of trepidation and pride. As she departed, she encountered Attorney Lee, whom she thanked for the invaluable gift he had bestowed upon her. He chivalrously assisted her to her vehicle.

Following her meeting with Attorney Lee, Hwa-ran instructed her associates to conduct a thorough background investigation on him. To her astonishment, she uncovered his true identity as a parole officer and promptly visited his office for a candid discussion regarding their strategy. Attorney Lee revealed his plan to foster discord between Hee-jun and Bong-su, manipulating them into betraying each other—a daring yet astute maneuver.

Meanwhile, Attorney Lee tasked Ji-soon with tailing Hee-jun's fund manager, Lee Dong-myeong, a man with a penchant for frequenting adult arcades, making him an easy target to track. Dong-myeong eventually led them to his mother's restaurant, Jangju, renowned (or rather, notorious) for its subpar cuisine. The trio pondered the rationale behind keeping such an unpalatable establishment afloat, while Attorney Lee harbored a suspicion that the clandestine funds were somehow concealed within the restaurant's premises. Yet, he found it challenging to conduct a discreet search.

As the second phase of their strategy unfolded, Attorney Lee paid Hee-jun a visit, breaking the news about Bong-su's impending parole. He subtly suggested that Bong-su might be tempted to lay claim to the hidden assets, to which Hee-jun feigned ignorance, albeit with a hint of concern flickering across his face. He promptly dialed Dong-myeong, instructing him to investigate Bong-su's release, unbeknownst to him that Bong-su had already beaten him to the punch, calling Dong-myeong to offload some goods in exchange for settlement funds with a handful of victims.

Elsewhere, Seo-yun was engrossed in a case to locate a missing perpetrator. Her concentration was interrupted by a call from Attorney Lee, who filled her in on his recent endeavors. They concocted a clever ruse, feigning a complaint about the restaurant's violation of origin labeling regulations as a pretext for an inspection.

With Dong-myeong's mother granting them permission to search the restaurant, the episode crescendos as the duo ventures into Dong-myeong's lair. The door stands ajar, inviting them to tiptoe closer. The revelation that awaits them, upon entering, is nothing short of startling, leaving them utterly shocked and speechless.
