Shedding his cloak, Jinwoo instructs Esil to proceed to the Radis Family gathering solo, while he, leveraging Shadow Exchange, seamlessly transitions places with one of his soldiers stationed on Earth. Upon arrival, Jinwoo discovers a three-hour cooldown for this remarkable skill, a brief moment of contemplation before he sets off elsewhere, Kaisel by his side.

Elsewhere, Woo and Go immerse themselves in strategic discussions, devising a plan to eradicate the queen of the insect magic beasts and deploy hunters to Jeju Island. Woo mentions that he has yet to reach out to Jinwoo, a note of anticipation hanging in the air.

Meanwhile, in a cozy diner, Baek confides in his friend Byung-Gu about his upcoming mission to Jeju Island. Driven by a desire to shield others from the fate that befell Eunseok, Baek vows to halt the insect magic beasts' reign of terror. Byung-Gu, on the other hand, shares his aspirations of taking the civil service exam, dreaming of a future as a civil servant.

In a tender scene, Jinwoo visits his ailing mother in the hospital. With a gentle hand, he administers the Elixir of Life, its magical essence mending some of her wounds. Though initially unresponsive, her eyes flutter open, bringing a rush of relief and joy to Jinwoo. He recounts the myriad events that have transpired since her illness confined her to bed, the bond between them unbreakable.

This revised narrative captures the essence of the events while infusing them with a richer, more evocative tone, drawing readers deeper into the world of Solo Leveling.

His mother expresses heartfelt gratitude to him for his tireless efforts in securing her recovery, their tears mingling as they share tender words. As dawn breaks, two doctors convene to deliberate on Jinwoo's mother's progress, one disclosing that she and her family are eager to be discharged immediately. In the early hours, Jinah is reunited with her mother, her heart swelling with joy as Jinwoo beams with satisfaction, knowing his relentless labor has borne fruit.

Elsewhere, Go convenes a press briefing, informing the assembled media that the 4th Jeju Island Raid Mission is imminent. He delves into the qualifications of the hunters eligible to participate, setting the stage for an epic endeavor. Meanwhile, Jinwoo and his family return to the comfort of their home, where Jinwoo, his mother, and Jinah embark on a heartwarming task of cleaning the house together.

Later, Jinwoo finds himself pondering whether he might have ventured beyond an unspoken boundary. Following an introspective conversation with his mother about his occupation and his late father, his thoughts are interrupted by a phone call. Simultaneously, Woo and Go engage in a thoughtful discussion in Go's office, focusing on Thomas Andre, an American S-Rank Authority Hunter who attended the post-conference gathering. Andre declares his refusal to back the forthcoming mission, yet Go appreciates the rationale behind Andre's stance, acknowledging the complexity of their shared predicament.

Woo informs Go that Jinwoo's arrival is imminent. Soon after Jinwoo steps in, Go inquiries if he'd like to lend a hand for their forthcoming mission. Before Jinwoo can respond, he detects a formidable aura of magic emanating from somewhere. Go enlightens Jinwoo about the S-Rank Hunters who are currently honing their skills at the city's gym. Intrigued, Go and Jinwoo make their way to the gym, where they witness Ma and Baek engaging in intense training sessions.

Choi soon joins their ranks, providing Jinwoo with insightful details about the various guilds and hunters within their realm. However, an unexpected twist arises when Goto's translator blurts out some scurrilous remarks about certain hunters present at the gym, prompting Jongsoo and others to confront her. To diffuse the tension, Goto proposes a friendly competition. Nonetheless, Goto stipulates that only S-Rank Hunters should participate, but Go further suggests excluding non-combat hunters from the fray. Baek adds more stipulations to the match, which Goto reluctantly agrees to.

With the teams now set, Hae-In, Baek, Goto, and Ma form one formidable squad, while Tawata, Kumamoto, Hoshino, and Tanaka comprise the opposing team. The episode culminates in an anticipatory climax as an announcer heralds the commencement of the eagerly awaited match.
