Episode 6 of "Spring of Youth" kicks off with Tae-yang's return home, where Seo Min-cheol drops a bombshell: the spot in The Crown is his for the taking, should he desire it. Enraged by Sa Gye's betrayal, Tae-yang seizes the opportunity, inking his name with the label and soon after, The Crown's latest track, "See You Later," hits the airwaves.
At her part-time gig, Bom catches a snippet of the melody and instantly recognizes Ji-na's thievery. Sa Gye, too, catches wind of the plagiarized tune. They converge outside J&J's office, but Bom insists on confronting Ji-na alone. She bursts in, fueled by rage, only to find Ji-na feigning ignorance, armed with a meticulously crafted songwriting journal as "proof" of her originality. In a twist, Ji-na orchestrates Bom's arrest by the police.
Overhearing the drama, Sang-heon accuses Ji-na of escalating the conflict by dragging Bom and Sa Gye into it. Meanwhile, Sa Gye springs Bom from police custody, revealing that J&J fears she might expose far more than just the stolen song. He persuades her to formulate a strategy to confront J&J head-on. Attempting to raise awareness on social media, Sa Gye's post vanishes almost instantly.
Bom seeks legal advice but learns that taking on J&J is an uphill battle. Sa Gye, undeterred, reaches out to a reporter acquaintance only to discover that J&J has already silenced the press with a preemptive notice. Ji-na confronts Sa Gye, renewed attempts to convince him of her innocence, but her words fall on deaf ears.
The following morning, Sa Gye's unannounced move back into Bom's house sends shockwaves through the household. Elsewhere, Ji-na summons Bom to her office, wielding the video of Sa Gye vandalizing Sang-heon's car as leverage. However, Bom stands her ground, confident that Sa Gye's actions were justified.
Bom encounters Sa Gye at a cozy cafe, where he reveals that Reporter Han has agreed to a meeting. However, she promptly announces her change of heart, no longer inclined to press charges. She lays blame at Sa Gye's feet, accusing him of deserting the song first and asserts her desire to sever ties with him. Subsequently, she reaches out to Ji-na and accepts her proposal.
The Crown and J&J bask in the triumph of their song, as Sang-heon breaks the news of an impending new member joining their ranks. Meanwhile, Seung-su discovers that Sang-heon has gifted his friend's SUV to Kang Seok-hee. Just as he's about to alert Sa Gye via text, Sang-heon interrupts him.
Bom visits her mother's serene resting place, offering heartfelt apologies for losing the song that once held such significance. Amidst her contemplation, she notices blue flowers gracing the spot, unaware that Sa Gye was the one who left them there as a token.
Back at his place, Sa Gye endeavors to reunite the band, only to face Bom's understandable refusal. She accuses him of indecisiveness. Later, he records a version of the song and plays it for Bom, suggesting they release a cover to showcase the authenticity that sets their version apart.
In the hospital, Min-cheol is informed of a politician requiring immediate surgery. He makes a poignant decision, opting to operate on the politician and postponing the surgery of an elderly woman.
On Bom's rooftop, the band reconvenes, their spirits reviving. When Gyu-ri inquiries about Tae-yang, Bom asserts they should proceed without him. Unbeknownst to her, Tae-yang, who had come to visit Bom, overhears the conversation. Misunderstanding her intentions, he believes Bom never intended to disband but rather wanted him gone. Bom, choosing not to clarify, allows his misconception to persist.
After Tae-yang's departure, Bom and the band solidify plans to shoot the music video and unveil it at midnight. Bom devises a clever strategy: they will conceal their identities and later reveal Sa Gye's. Following the recording session, they gather to witness the announcement of The Crown's new member, only to be astounded when Tae-yang appears at the conclusion of Spring of Youth Episode 6, adding an unexpected twist to their journey.
