Episode 10 of Surely Tomorrow** begins with Ji-woo discovering Ji-yeon, barefoot and disoriented, in the office lobby. Kyeong-do tries to assist, but is caught off guard by the commotion. Min-woo appears suddenly, concerned. Ji-woo attempts to take her sister to the hospital, but Min-woo offers to do so instead.
In private, Kyeong-do reveals the truth about Ji-yeon's Alzheimer's and Min-woo's role in her condition to Ji-woo. He explains that Ji-yeon will return to normal once the effects of the drugs wear off and asks Ji-woo to focus on reviving Jarim while Ji-yeon recovers. Ji-woo asks for some space to rest and reflect. As he's leaving, she questions whether he knew about Ji-yeon's illness when he tried to prevent her from leaving for England. Kyeong-do confirms this, and Ji-woo grows concerned. In the car, Ji-yeon regains her senses and requests to be taken home instead. Min-woo tries to convince her to go to the hospital, but she refuses.
At home, Ji-yeon tells Min-woo that she knows what's happening to her and claims that the drug Didroxin is causing her memory loss. Min-woo offers to speak with Ji-woo, but Ji-yeon says she will do it herself. Ji-yeon calls Ji-woo and asks to see her, and they discuss Min-woo's actions.
Ji-woo urges her sister to divorce Min-woo, but Ji-yeon says she's waiting for the right moment. When Ji-yeon sees Ji-woo ignoring Kyeong-do's calls, she reveals that she was the one who asked Kyeong-do to keep the truth from her. Mr. Kim calls Kyeong-do and asks him not to wait up for Ji-woo, who is spending the night at Ji-yeon's house.
The next day, Han-kyung notices that Kyeong-do is not himself and tries to cheer him up. Doo-jin tells Kyeong-do that Da-hye wants to meet him. Kyeong-do asks Doo-jin to introduce him to the former actress and offers to join them.
Meanwhile, another writer, Ma Sung-chul, speaks with Kyeong-do about Ji-yeon's health crisis. Kyeong-do asks Sung-chul to interview Ji-yeon's doctor so he can write an unbiased article about her diagnosis.
Simultaneously, Ji-woo meets with Min-woo and continues her act. She tells him that Ji-yeon is feeling better and discusses her new luxury brand. Ji-woo asks for his support and plays into his god complex. She requests that Ro-a, Ji-yeon and Min-woo's daughter, be brought back to South Korea to help Ji-yeon recover faster.
Min-woo, in agreement and full of praise, expresses his admiration for Ji-woo. That evening, Kyeong-do calls Ji-woo several times until she finally picks up. He inquires if she's doing alright, and Ji-woo reveals her concern that he stopped her at the airport only because Ji-yeon's illness forced him to do so. Kyeong-do admits that he was desperately seeking a reason to halt her journey and wonders if it's selfish to be grateful for Ji-yeon's illness, as it gave him the opportunity to pursue Ji-woo. Ji-woo realizes that Kyeong-do truly loves her, and the two accept their feelings and reconcile. Ji-woo invites Kyeong-do to her office, where they embrace and weep openly.
That night, Se-yeong tells Woo-sik how proud she is of him and asks him to buy a new bed for their son using his acting earnings. Woo-sik reveals that he's spent the money on a family trip to Vietnam, wanting to treat them to something special this time. Se-yeong praises him as they prepare for their first international adventure together.
Meanwhile, Kyeong-do and Doo-jin visit Da-hye in prison. Kyeong-do inquires about her connection with Min-woo, and Da-hye claims that despite being a drug user, Jin-eon is out on bail while she remains imprisoned. At the same time, Da-hye has someone call Min-woo to threaten him about his use of Didroxin.
Later that day, Oh Gun meets Kyeong-do and informs him about a restaurant where Secretary Yoo frequently fraternizes with multiple men. That night, Kyeong-do prepares coffee for himself and Ji-woo as they share dessert, creating a cozy and intimate moment between them.
The next day, Min-woo visits Ji-yeon and Ji-woo's mother, Hyun-kyung, to discuss Ji-yeon's health. He excuses himself to use the restroom, where he picks up Hyun-kyung's toothbrush and hair from her brush. As he leaves, he runs into Ji-yeon. She notices the missing toothbrush and tells Ji-woo and Hyun-kyung that Min-woo likely knows about Ji-woo's paternity. She urges them to be wary of his next move.
Meanwhile, Min-woo meets CEO Bae and attempts to persuade him to proceed with the deal. The article disclosing Ji-woo as Chairman Seo's illegitimate child is published online, garnering positive feedback from readers who praise her honesty. Min-woo realizes that his plan to expose her through a DNA test has failed.

Elsewhere, Min-woo informs CEO Bae that he can expose Ji-woo's relationship with Kyeong-do to portray her as promiscuous and damage the Seo family's reputation.
Meanwhile, Ji-woo and Kyeong-do stroll hand in hand, making plans for their future. The episode concludes with the two looking back at their first meeting at the university playground after news of Ji-woo's divorce breaks out.
