Episode 10 of Surely Tomorrow** begins with Ji-woo discovering Ji-yeon, barefoot and disoriented, in the office lobby. Kyeong-do tries to assist, but is caught off guard by the commotion. Min-woo appears suddenly, concerned. Ji-woo attempts to take her sister to the hospital, but Min-woo offers to do so instead.

In private, Kyeong-do reveals the truth about Ji-yeon's Alzheimer's and Min-woo's role in her condition to Ji-woo. He explains that Ji-yeon will return to normal once the effects of the drugs wear off and asks Ji-woo to focus on reviving Jarim while Ji-yeon recovers. Ji-woo asks for some space to rest and reflect. As he's leaving, she questions whether he knew about Ji-yeon's illness when he tried to prevent her from leaving for England. Kyeong-do confirms this, and Ji-woo grows concerned. In the car, Ji-yeon regains her senses and requests to be taken home instead. Min-woo tries to convince her to go to the hospital, but she refuses.
At home, Ji-yeon tells Min-woo that she knows what's happening to her and claims that the drug Didroxin is causing her memory loss. Min-woo offers to speak with Ji-woo, but Ji-yeon says she will do it herself. Ji-yeon calls Ji-woo and asks to see her, and they discuss Min-woo's actions.
Ji-woo urges her sister to divorce Min-woo, but Ji-yeon says she's waiting for the right moment. When Ji-yeon sees Ji-woo ignoring Kyeong-do's calls, she reveals that she was the one who asked Kyeong-do to keep the truth from her. Meanwhile, another writer, Ma Sung-chul, speaks with Kyeong-do about Ji-yeon's health crisis. Kyeong-do asks Sung-chul to interview Ji-yeon's doctor so he can write an unbiased article about her diagnosis.
Simultaneously, Ji-woo meets with Min-woo and continues her act. She tells him that Ji-yeon is feeling better and discusses her new luxury brand. Ji-woo asks for his support and plays into his god complex. She requests that Ro-a, Ji-yeon and Min-woo's daughter, be brought back to South Korea to help Ji-yeon recover faster.

Meanwhile, Kyeong-do and Doo-jin visit Da-hye in prison. Later that day, Oh Gun meets Kyeong-do and informs him about a restaurant where Secretary Yoo frequently fraternizes with multiple men. That night, Kyeong-do prepares coffee for himself and Ji-woo as they share dessert, creating a cozy and intimate moment between them.
The next day, Min-woo visits Ji-yeon and Ji-woo's mother, Hyun-kyung, to discuss Ji-yeon's health. He excuses himself to use the restroom, where he picks up Hyun-kyung's toothbrush and hair from her brush. As he leaves, he runs into Ji-yeon. She notices the missing toothbrush and tells Ji-woo and Hyun-kyung that Min-woo likely knows about Ji-woo's paternity. She urges them to be wary of his next move.
Meanwhile, Min-woo meets CEO Bae and attempts to persuade him to proceed with the deal.
