The Copenhagen Test – Season 1 Episode 7 1

Cut to the present, where Hale opens his bathroom door to find Michelle ready to strike. She stabs him in the abdomen, and they engage in a fierce battle until Hale manages to overpower her and knock her out. Parker sends in the next team to take Hale down, but thankfully, he fights his way through to Rachel's house.

Meanwhile, St. George, Moira, Marlowe, and Parker discuss their next steps. St. George refuses to leave the country, and Parker questions whether Hale has truly been flipped. She updates her bosses that Hale's parents are with Victor, and they agree to leave them be. Parker is also worried about Hale's physical condition and realizes that he will seek Rachel out.

She returns to the pit and warns all agents that Hale is now a wanted traitor, giving the kill order and sending agents to Rachel's office. They pivot when they find it empty. Meanwhile, Hale tries to treat his wound at Rachel's place and remembers the cabin where he proposed to her.

Just then, the assassin team arrives to take him out. This time, he jumps out of the window and runs to a convenience store. He uses superglue and duct tape to treat his wound and quickly calls Victor from a burner phone, asking him to deliver something at a secret rendezvous point. Unfortunately, his symptoms worsen, and he starts bleeding from his ears and eyes. He realizes that he has only two hours before he dies from haemorrhage. Victor encourages him to find a way to stay alive until he gets to him.

On his way out of the convenience store, he spots Parker's drone and challenges her to prove he is a traitor. He makes his way to the train but is found by Remy before he alights. Another fight ensues, and Hale takes Remy down. Afterwards, Parker's team loses him in the market.

This sequence of events is not only thrilling but also paints a vivid picture of the characters' emotions and actions, making the story more engaging and immersive for the viewer.

Returning to the office, Marlowe reminds Moira that no agent's personal ambition should overshadow the mission, even St. George's. She expresses her concern that if the truth about Hale's situation is leaked, they risk being accused of treason. Stressed and anxious, Parker seeks Frances' insight into Hale's mental state. Frances warns her that Hale's condition is deteriorating rapidly. The symbiosis has taken effect and threatens his life. At the same time, Frances explains why Hale might have turned against them.

Speaking of Hale, he safely reaches Rachel's cabin. He begs her to reveal the truth about the pills. Rachel plays innocent and denies any involvement in his biohacking. Hale believes her and apologizes for accusing her. He begs her to use her medical expertise to buy him at least an hour of time. However, Rachel acts scared and hesitant. As they talk, Hale experiences another seizure, bleeding from his eyes and ears.

At the office, Moira tries to convince St. George to leave the country with Kate. She refuses and reminds him that the Orphanage is more important than their personal safety. She has no plans to run from Schiff. Upstairs, Michelle arrives and promises to find Hale. She gives Parker more information about Hale's situation.

Back with Hale, he finally recovers from his last seizure, and Rachel cleans him up. She apologizes for failing him, and they start kissing. Suddenly, the assassins arrive, and Rachel changes her demeanor completely. She leads him into a secret basement where he realizes she has been working for Schiff all along. The betrayal is a huge shock to Hale, but he has no time to process it. She gives him a dose of adrenaline and advises him to use it only during seizures. They sneak out through a tunnel, and she blows up the whole place. After that, they part ways, with Rachel showing some remorse for what she did.

Meanwhile, Victor tries to keep up the charade with Hale's parents. By now, they already know that Hale is in trouble and are quietly panicking. At the office, Parker gets Moira's permission to do whatever it takes to get to Schiff and Hale. Later, Moira confides in Marlowe that he feels indebted to St. George because she rescued him from himself.

We return to the story of Hale, who safely navigates his way to the carousel and retrieves a hidden car key left for him by Victor. With the address of St George's inscribed in the navigation system, Hale drives to the designated location, fully aware that Schiff and his men are tailing him. However, it's a ruse; the woman who answers the door is not St George. Thankfully, Schiff and his men are oblivious to their deception. He allows Hale to leave and reunite with his parents, instructing his men to wait outside while he speaks with St. George in private. It's not until it's too late that he realizes he's been tricked, and he places a death order on Hale and his parents before he's taken down.

As ten o'clock nears, Victor sends everyone home except Hale's parents. The three of them hide as they await Hale's arrival. Unfortunately, Hale is ambushed by Schiff's men on his way to the restaurant. He manages to evade his attackers, but he begins to have another seizure. As he crashes into a metal container and falls out of the car, he loses his grip on the adrenaline dose Rachel had given him earlier. The episode ends with a figure approaching him.
