Episode 6 of *To The Moon* opens with Da-hae and Eun-sang exuberantly celebrating the soaring value of Enderium. Eun-sang, brimming with enthusiasm, proposes that the trio—herself, Da-hae, and Ji-song—embark on a lavish trip to flaunt the opulent perks of cryptocurrency wealth to Ji-song. The three women gather for lunch, engrossed in discussions about their impending adventure, only for it to be revealed that Ji-woo is also present. It turns out that this lunch was initially intended as a private rendezvous between Da-hae and Ji-woo, but to avoid any awkwardness, Da-hae had extended the invitation to her friends as well.

Later, Ji-woo, with a mixture of anticipation and earnestness, confronts Da-hae about his feelings, making it clear that his intentions are unmistakable. He seeks to know how she truly feels. Just as Da-hae begins to suggest that they remain friends, Ji-woo gently interrupts, proposing that they postpone any definitive discussions about their relationship until after her trip.
The trio then sets off on their much-anticipated journey to Namhae, with Da-hae and Eun-sang fervently trying to persuade Ji-song to join the cryptocurrency bandwagon. Their first destination is a sumptuous restaurant where they indulge in a feast of gourmet delights. However, shortly after, Da-hae and Eun-sang notice a slight dip in Enderium's value. Distracted by their phones, they inadvertently climb into the wrong car. Upon realizing their mistake, Ji-song, in a fit of exasperation, confiscates their phones as a form of discipline.
The trip unfolds with the girls continuing their spending spree, reveling in exciting activities and staying at a luxurious hotel. One night, in a drunken haze, Da-hae calls her mother from a public phone booth, pouring her heart out and declaring her desire to treat her mother like royalty.
The next morning, the girls wake up with throbbing heads and a growing sense of unease. Their anxiety escalates when they discover that their phones are missing from Ji-song's bag. Despite a frantic search, the phones remain elusive, prompting them to proceed with their hike regardless. Along the way, they tune into the radio and are jolted by news of extreme volatility in the cryptocurrency market. Eun-sang, increasingly agitated, insists they find a cybercafé to check on their investments. Amidst the chaos, a compartment in their car mysteriously pops open, revealing the trio's missing phones.
Ji-song reluctantly admits that she stumbled upon the phones at a bar early that morning but chose to hide them, as the constant phone usage by her companions had started to feel like a barrier to truly enjoying their trip together. She chastises them, accusing them of being overly consumed by thoughts of money. Eun-sang, turning around, rebukes Ji-song for her reckless spending habits. She discloses that she knows Ji-song is merely an office operator—holding a job with an indefinite contract—and thus unlikely to receive the promotions that she and Da-hae are poised to achieve.
The argument escalates rapidly, and in a fit of anger, Ji-song storms off. Da-hae, concerned, chases after her up the mountain trail they had planned to hike. As she repeatedly calls out, she realizes that Ji-song and Eun-sang have mistakenly swapped phones. Eventually, she manages to get through to Ji-song, but the latter, still seething with anger, refuses to engage in conversation. As rain begins to pour down, Da-hae slips and twists her ankle. In a moment of desperation, she calls Ji-woo for help just as her phone battery dies.
Meanwhile, Ji-song is nowhere near the mountain. Instead, she calls Wei Lin to vent her frustrations. As she starts to nag him about purchasing a new watch, a realization dawns upon her: Eun-sang only nags her so persistently because she genuinely cares about her well-being.
Back on the mountain, Da-hae starts to hallucinate, seeing figures from her workplace. When Ji-woo arrives with an umbrella, she initially mistakes him for another hallucination. She tells him he's handsome and that he makes her heart race. However, she quickly comes to her senses and realizes that Ji-woo is indeed there, in the flesh.
By this point, Eun-sang has also ventured onto the mountain in search of her friends. While she's scouring the area, Soo-jin calls Ji-song's phone and, despite it being Ji-song's day off, bombards her with requests. Eun-sang, taking the call, gives Soo-jin a piece of her mind. Ji-song, who has also arrived at the mountain to look for her friends, overhears the conversation. Eun-sang tells Ji-song that she deserves better, and the two reconcile. But just as they make up, Ji-song slips and falls, clinging desperately to Eun-sang for support. Da-hae and Ji-woo soon arrive at the scene and help pull Ji-song to safety.
Thanks to Ji-woo's quick thinking, a helicopter is summoned to rescue them all. During the evacuation, Eun-sang faints, and they all end up at a hospital. When she regains consciousness, Eun-sang shares the poignant story of her daughter, Ji-sang. Eun-sang and her husband had been so engrossed in their work, striving to earn money, that they had little time to spend with Ji-sang. She had been eagerly awaiting their promise to take her to an amusement park, but before they could fulfill it, her school bus was involved in an accident, and she tragically passed away. Eun-sang laments the lost opportunities to spend quality time with her daughter if they hadn't been so preoccupied with financial concerns.
She then turns to Ji-song, telling her that she's not a failure but merely a work in progress. Ji-song admits her fear of failing in the world of cryptocurrency but agrees to trust her friends and take a leap of faith. Eun-sang and Da-hae send her some of their coins to help her get started on her new venture.
Back at work, Da-hae quickly picks up on Ji-woo's pensive mood and realizes he's sulking because she turned down his romantic advances. With a gentle yet firm tone, she clarifies that her intention was never to shut him out completely; rather, she simply wishes for them to begin as friends and let their relationship naturally evolve from there. A flicker of understanding crosses Ji-woo's face, and he nods in agreement, though he can't resist adding with a mischievous glint in his eye that he won't be restraining himself when it comes to winning her over.
Curiosity piqued, Da-hae inquires how Ji-woo managed to arrive in Namhae so swiftly. A sequence of flashbacks unfurls, revealing Ji-woo's determined efforts: he had practically dragged his reluctant friend along on the journey to Namhae, all in the hopes of catching a fleeting glimpse of Da-hae. In a display of his unwavering commitment, he even went as far as skipping a crucial meeting to rush to her aid on the mountain.
As fate would have it, Ji-woo and Da-hae find themselves sharing a moment in the lift. Amidst the gentle hum of the machinery, Da-hae's eyes widen in surprise as she notices a photo of the two of them walking side by side, posted on the company's internal message board. Captivated, they both lean in to examine the picture more closely when, with a sudden whoosh, the lift doors slide open, revealing Da-hae's entire team standing there, their eyes wide with astonishment at the sight of the pair together.
