The second episode of Tremembe begins with a haunting flashback, as Elize's hand clutches the trigger, her eyes blazing with an unyielding fury. She had discovered her husband's infidelity, and when he denied it, even bringing up the woman's favorite restaurant as evidence of their affair, it was too much for her to bear.

As he spat his words, her patience snapped, and in a moment of raw emotion, she pulled the trigger. The sound of the gunshot echoing through the room, followed by her dragging his body into the guest room. The next day, Elize secured a babysitter for their child and locked herself in the guest room, methodically dismembering her husband's body.
She wrapped the parts in waste bags and set out into the woods, only to be stopped by the police for an expired registration. Elize cleverly blamed her husband, and with a warning from the officers, she was let go, promising to remind him about the registration upon his return. She continued on her way, eventually disposing of the remains in the forest.
In the present, Sandrao finishes up repairing Suzane's machine as Elize walks in, kissing her possessively before dragging her out. Meanwhile, Roger attempts to bribe Dr. Tumura, an inmate at Tremembe for tax evasion and organized crime, into signing a false report. But Tumura is unimpressed and demands more. Roger offers him a job at one of his clinics in São Paulo upon release, even raising the stakes to 10 million. In exchange, Tumura agrees to give Roger something that will make him truly sick and stop his pretenses.
Dr. Heitor, as he prepares for his retirement, delves into the vacant position at Tremembé with the prison's head. She begs him to consider her for the role, and in return, he makes a request. The doctor inquires about Daniel, stating his need for his custom motorcycle expertise. Meanwhile, Daniel suffers another episode and attempts to take his own life, blaming himself for the death of Suzane's parents and Cristian's incarceration. Cristian consoles him, urging them to be together in Tremembé rather than Daniel being alone.
On the other hand, Alexandre constructs a model of the apartment from which he supposedly threw his daughter and shares his story with Accir, a journalist and former mayor serving a seven-year sentence. Alexandre insists that his tale will exonerate him from guilt. At the women's prison, Anna emerges from her punishment cage, only to be approached by another inmate who proposes a sexual relationship now that she is single. Anna learns from another officer about a story in a local magazine claiming that she and Alexandre had broken up in prison.
Their lawyer approaches Alexandre, asking him to pen a letter to Anna to clear the gossip. He explains that their only chance of release is if their story remains unwavering and they work as a team. As for the children, Alexandre assures that his parents are taking care of them.
Sandrao and Elize almost come to blows over Suzane, but Sandrao manages to convince her that there is nothing between them. In the male prison, Luca and Cristian share an intimate moment in a shed. Luca promises to introduce Cristian to his mother on Family Day.
Meanwhile, Mariano has a heart-to-heart with Gal to clear the air regarding Earthquake. Gal declares that Earthquake is in the past and warns Mariano that he will be the one to end him. Gal's story is one of tragedy; he was sentenced to thirty years for beating his mother to death after she kicked him out of the house for being gay.
Suzane and Sandrao continue their clandestine affair, huddled over a chessboard, deep in conversation about Elize's jealousy, a notorious trait that's made headlines. Meanwhile, Anna endures the relentless bullying from Cassia, sentenced for raping her own daughter, who picks fights left and right. Suzane nudges Sandrao, halting the fracas that Elize happens to notice.
At the male prison, the warden approaches Daniel with a request for motorcycle customization, offering him a job as a favor to a powerful individual. Once completed, they'll both be handsomely rewarded.
On Family Day, Anna turns to Suzane for help in securing Sandrao's protection. As Accir snoops around the prison, Tumura agrees to assist Roger in faking an illness. The counselor continues to administer tests to the inmates.
Celine, claiming to be Paulina's daughter, approaches Daniel, while Sandrao makes a deal with a journalist to secure an interview with Suzane. Valdo delivers a cheat sheet to Suzane for the counselor's tests, while Anna threatens to expose Alexandre's parents for denying her access to their grandchildren.
Elize learns from her lawyer that the court not only seized her apartment but also the wine in the cellar—a stash she believed was worth three million dollars but would likely sell for a significantly lower amount, barely enough to cover her civil lawyers' fees. Even with a daughter from her husband, the lawyer says it will be difficult for her to claim rights to the assets or their daughter due to her Rorschach test results, which deemed her a psychopath.
Elize discovers Suzane and Sandrao's relationship and ends things with Sandrao. Suzane, in turn, fails the Rorschach test, angering her at Valdo for failing her and learning that inheritance laws have changed since her case, making her ineligible to inherit anything from her parents. Her younger brother refuses to see Valdo. After the meeting, Suzane informs the office that Valdo is no longer her lawyer and she never wants to see him again.
Anna is granted a rare seven-day respite to cherish time with her beloved children. A pressman reaches out to her for an interview, eager to hear her account of the events that transpired in the apartment. Valdo's disheartening visit to Suzane serves as a backdrop, leading to her reluctant agreement to an interview suggested by Sandrao, which soon becomes an official affair. The episode concludes with Anna's arrival at her in-laws' house, where she visits the children, only to be lured into a room and suddenly locked in, adding a dramatic twist to the tale.
