In the seventh episode of Tulsa King's third season, Quiet Ray is livid and raging at Dwight through the phone, demanding a renegotiation that leaves 80% of the deal off the table. Dwight, with access to the Northeast in his sights, understands that playing nice with Ray is the smartest move. However, it's clear that beneath his "helpful" phone act, Ray has other plans for Dwight—and so does Dunmire, making the fight a two-front battle.

Tulsa King – Season 3 Episode 7 1

Dwight sets his sights on reviving the distillery and getting their license back. To start, he heads to see "Lawman of the Year," Attorney General Sackrider, threatening to make him play ball and promising it's "playing nice." But Sackrider stands firm.

With Sackrider seemingly unmovable, Dwight turns to Margaret for a political favor. She meets with Sackrider's wife, Anna, and after a few drinks, loosens her lips for some serious leverage—including marital woes and a gambling addiction. Margaret is a master at political negotiation, and she proves it when they visit Thresher next.

She persuades Thresher to organize a meet with Sackrider, reminding him that this AG business is actually good for him. If he can help bring Sackrider away from the governor and endorse Thresher, it would send his numbers skyrocketing. And so, Thresher meets with Sackrider at Dwight's casino. Despite his initial reservations, Dwight turns up the heat and has Grace hand over a stack of "free" chips for the AG to play at the casino when Thresher extends a little too far with his offer.

Meanwhile, Spencer is doing recon work for Tyson and Goodie, who are setting up their own side hustle.

The duo breaks into the college campus, their identities disguised as law enforcement officers, and makes off with their illicit contraband. Goodie, however, is eager to wrap up the operation and call it a day, while Tyson's greed pushes him to seek more, engaging in a shady deal with Spencer to resell the drugs.

As Jeremiah makes his presence felt at the casino, he menaces Dwight, who is confident in his ability to lure Sackrider into their web. While the gambler rides high on a winning streak, the group switches the die, causing him to lose everything he had won. In fact, Dwight manipulates the situation to ensure the gambler is left with nothing but a hole in his pocket.

Thresher is furious that he was kept in the dark throughout the operation, used as a pawn to gain access to Sackrider through the front door, only to find out that the real play was all about exploiting his vice.

Elsewhere, Jeremiah confronts Cole and chastises him for his failures. Cole is fed up with the relentless criticism from his father and retorts, reminding him that he is all that's left in the family. Jeremiah, however, remains unmoved by Cole's words.

Sackrider finds himself at a crossroads, with misfortune and despair weighing him down. He has no choice but to switch sides and join forces with Dwight's group. Dwight promises to shield him if he reciprocates the favor. Meanwhile, our titular character takes the next step in his antagonistic campaign and sends Dunmire "The Art of War," accompanied by the words "You lost."

Jeremiah's anger boils over as he storms into Sackrider's office. When his threats fall on deaf ears, he launches himself over the desk and delivers several smacks to the AG before being restrained by security personnel. Naturally, Jeremiah is hauled off to the cells, but with his influence at play, he won't be there for long.
