In the thrilling climax of Episode 10 of Typhoon Family, Tae-poong presents the film from Mi-seon's camera as decisive evidence during Ma-jin's trial, sealing his release from legal troubles. The team then races against time to reach the port, desperate to salvage their helmets before they are confiscated by customs. Amidst road closures, Ma-jin and Mi-seon find themselves on a borrowed bike, while Tae-poong navigates a rickshaw. But fate takes a comedic turn when the bike gives up the ghost, prompting Mi-seon to run the final stretch.

As she arrives just in time to witness the helmets being loaded, Mi-seon valiantly attempts to intervene. Tae-poong and Ma-jin arrive shortly after, producing the necessary paperwork to secure their precious gear. However, much to their dismay, many of the helmets are shattered from their rough handling. Mi-seon breaks down in tears, and this time, it's Ma-jin who lends a comforting arm.
In the end, the team is left with a meager 140 intact helmets. That evening, Ma-jin issues a heartfelt apology to his comrades. Later, Mi-seon tends to Tae-poong's minor injury with a gentle touch of medicine, and he returns her kindness with a heartfelt thank you, leading to a sweet kiss that solidifies their connection.
The next day, Tae-poong and Mi-seon head back to Seoul while Ma-jin stays behind to sell the remaining helmets. Upon their return, Mi-seon showered her family with gifts from Thailand, spreading joy and warmth. That night, Tae-poong stays late in the office, gazing at the company's precarious bank balance. He picks up his father's nameplate and departs, promising a return with a new plan.
The next morning, he unveils to his colleagues that they have a new office—the very same spot that used to be Nam-mo's old pub. The team, including Bae Song-jung, sets to work transforming the space into a functional office. However, in the evening, Nam-mo surprises everyone by showing up and revealing Tae-poong's plan to share the premises with him.
That night, Tae-poong and Nam-mo catch up over old times. Tae-poong shares his feelings about Mi-seon, revealing that post-Thailand, he assumed their encounter would lead to dating, only to be met with Mi-seon's rebuff. A flashback shows that Mi-seon had expected him to make a formal move. Presently, Nam-mo chalks it up to Mi-seon's boredom in Thailand. However, back home in Seoul, Mi-seon keeps a photograph of Tae-poong tucked away in her notebook, silently attesting to her true feelings.
Nam-mo makes his way to Mi-seon's abode with the intention of meeting Tae-poong, and as he arrives, he bestows upon everyone a few garments from his workplace, a gesture that bears the warmth of his heart. Meanwhile, in a different corner of the city, Pyo Bak-ho peruses Cha Seon-taek's employee card with a keen eye. A flashback unveils the moment when he instructed Manager Ha to extend an offer to her. Suddenly, Pyo Bak-ho seizes Cha Seon-taek on the street, demanding to know where her IOU is. He laments that he cannot locate the promissory note, his words laden with the weight of unfulfilled promises.
In Tae-poong's newly minted office, he discovers that a page from the account book for 1989 is missing, casting a shadow over a few days in August that now seem to have vanished into thin air.
