The eleventh episode of "Would You Marry Me" commences with a poignant flashback, as Woo-joo visits Jessica in her prison cell. Amidst his promise to protect Henry, she whispers the location of the incriminating evidence against Han-gu. As she exits the visitor's room, Woo-joo's gaze lands on a birthmark on her neck, triggering a chilling realization. He recognizes her as the individual present at the fateful day of his parents' accident, and his body responds with a panic attack. Fortunately, Me-ri, ever-attentive, finds him and comforts him through his distress.

It transpires that Me-ri has uncovered a startling revelation: Jessica, once an employee at Myunsoondang, must have known Han-gu for far longer than they had anticipated. The narrative shifts back to Han-gu, as he sifts through Jessica's belongings in search of the evidence against him. Woo-joo confronts him with a scornful air, but Han-gu, unrepentant, taunts him about the expired statute of limitations on the case involving his parents. Confident in his immunity, he strides out of the house only to be met by a surprise waiting for him—the police, who inform him of charges for fraud and embezzlement. With David's arrest, the trail of evidence leading back to Han-gu is complete.
Woo-joo implores the detectives to add charges of conspiracy to murder to their list. He unearths an old dashcam video showing Han-gu bribing the detective who investigated his parents' accident. Given Han-gu's flight abroad for a week during this period, the prosecution successfully extends the statute of limitations. With a mounting pile of evidence, Han-gu's case is swiftly brought before a judge, and he is sentenced to death.
Mi-yeon, understandably, is devastated by the realization of Han-gu's heinous deeds. She spends most of her days weeping in Pil-nyeon's presence, who remains comatose.
With the conclusion of Han-gu's case, Woo-joo invites Me-ri to his parents' graves for an introduction, feeling a sense of relief that his parents would want him to lead a happy life and be proud of him for securing justice and surviving the ordeal. Me-ri promises to love and make him happy.
Meanwhile, Sang-hyun reflects on Jin-gyeong's words, unsurprised by Me-ri and Woo-joo's confession and surrender of the house. The couple feels relieved after confessing their sins, but their relief is short-lived as the other Woo-ju is set on revenge and causing trouble.
A few days later, Pil-nyeon finally wakes up from her coma, and her family is overjoyed to have her back. Woo-joo calls Me-ri to share the good news and asks her to visit when Pil-nyeon gets stronger.
Later, Mi-yeon apologizes to Woo-joo, touched by his concern for her and asking her to take good care of herself. She promises to find a way to recover the money Han-gu stole.
One evening, Won-suk invites the team to his place, and Me-ri and Woo-joo opt to drop by the store to get some gifts. While there, they spot Song-hee, Sun-hee, and Se-jung. At Won-suk's house, the group plays truth or dare to see if Me-ri and Woo-joo will come clean about their relationship. The tension in the air is palpable as the truth about their love is teetering on the brink of revelation.
Woo-joo's heart ached as Me-ri continued to imbibe, ignoring the questions being asked. As the night deepened, he finally confronted her, and the group found them embracing. They teased the couple, revealing that they had all known about their secret romance. Woo-joo then shared with them the story of how their relationship had blossomed, and it was clear that everyone was overjoyed for them.
Meanwhile, Eun-song visited Han-hu in prison, officially ending their relationship. Han-gu showed no remorse for his actions, but Eun-song urged him to at least apologize to Mi-yeon. She then decided to focus on being there for Mi-yeon like a devoted son.
As the news of the mayor's corruption and suspicious involvement with Beaute surfaced, Sung-woo's father asked Sang-hyun to take care of the matter. Sang-hyun paid a visit to his old orphanage to say goodbye to the nun who had raised him, lying that he was traveling abroad for a while.
Jin-gyeong and her volunteer team arrived at the orphanage to treat the children, and she spotted Sang-hyun leaving. She invited him to lunch, and they ended up at a local restaurant that Sang-hyun used to frequent. He confided in her about a time when the restaurant owner had accused him of stealing her gold ring, when in reality it was Sung-woo who was the real culprit. Sang-hyun had taken the blame because he was an orphan, and in exchange, he had moved in with Sung-woo in hopes of a better life. However, that life came with a price that he was still paying to this day.
Jin-gyeong listened to him calmly, surprised by his smile. She flirtatiously asked him to call her every week, promising to make him laugh.
We catch up with Woo-ju, who is struggling to find a new job. The professional rejections only added to his disillusionment about Me-ri. One night, he got drunk and trespassed onto her property. He was hurt as he watched Woo-joo and Me-ri enjoying their evening while packing things up.
Inside the house, Woo-joo tried to convince Me-ri to move in with him. The next morning, he prepared her breakfast and drove her to work. Honestly, he deserved the best boyfriend award already! Driven by jealousy, Woo-ju emailed the media and set up a press conference, promising to expose the true nature of the Myunsoondang heir. Of course, that caught the media's attention, and they arrived ready for the tea.
Me-ri saw a text from Woo-ju informing her about the press conference scheduled for 10 am that morning. She called Woo-joo to warn him about the problem, and he turned his car around and headed back to her. The episode ended with Woo-ju starting his press conference.
