Episode 1 of XO Kitty Season 3 begins with Kitty eagerly asking Min Ho if she can accompany him on his summer tour. Min Ho grants her request, but with a hint of doubt in his eyes. Suddenly, Eunice invites her to a yacht party in Busan that evening, causing Kitty to panic.
Min Ho reminds her of the dress code, and Kitty rushes to her dorm to change. There, she confides everything that happened to Q, who offers to be her wingman at the party. Kitty meets Min Ho, who is driving her to the event. Meanwhile, Q tells Jin about the party, and Jin invites himself, while Dae overhears and asks to join so he can speak with Yuri.
Elsewhere, Mihee informs Madison and Yuri about the invitation. Yuri initially refuses but agrees after receiving a message from her mother about their financial situation. Despite wanting time alone with Kitty, Min Ho learns that the others are also coming to Busan. The group spends time together, leaving no space for him and Kitty. Q notices this and suggests that Kitty and Min Ho take the cable car alone. Meanwhile, Dae tries to speak to Yuri about his father, but she avoids him.
On the cable car, Kitty and Min Ho share an intimate moment. Kitty tries to express her feelings but hesitates, only for Min Ho's father to call, interrupting them. Mr. Moon asks Min Ho to manage Eunice, giving him another chance to prove himself. After the call, Min Ho tells Kitty he has to prepare and leaves.
Later, Kitty and her friends arrive at the yacht party. Min Ho welcomes guests while juggling his responsibilities and admits to Kitty that he is nervous. Kitty tells him to look for her if he needs help. Meanwhile, Yuri sees Juliana and Praveena and tries to avoid them, but Juliana stops her.
Elsewhere, Kitty overhears a group of dancers discussing Min Ho, causing her to feel embarrassed when she realizes she's dressed as a waitress. She runs into Yuri, who encourages her to talk to Min Ho and gifts her a designer outfit. Unknowingly, Yuri gives Kitty Eunice's performance outfit. Meanwhile, Min Ho searches for Kitty while introducing Eunice to the guests. An article about Yuri's family's bankruptcy goes live, distracting everyone. Min Ho spots Kitty and regains his confidence as he prepares Eunice for her performance.
As the music begins, the LED lights on Kitty's outfit activate, confusing people on deck. Kitty leaves and finds Yuri alone in a cabin. They discuss their problems, and Kitty encourages Yuri to speak to Dae. She also declares that she will confess her feelings to Min Ho. Back on deck, Eunice performs in Kitty's outfit and receives praise despite the mix-up. Dae reassures her, and they agree to see each other after the tour. Kitty tries to talk to Min Ho, but Mr. Moon stops her and tells her to stay away from him.
Upset, Kitty leaves the yacht, and Min Ho fails to stop her. Meanwhile, Yuri meets Dae, and he promises to support her. Elsewhere, Kitty walks along the beach and texts Q that she's going home for the summer. She then receives a call from Lara Jean, who asks her to come home due to issues with Peter.
Min Ho finds Kitty on the beach and confronts her about her mixed signals. Kitty admits she got nervous, and they both confess their feelings. He invites her to join the tour again, but she declines, saying she wants to be with her sister. Min Ho misreads this as rejection, and Kitty kisses him. Min Ho walks Kitty back to her dorm, but Eunice arrives drunk in a limo. Kitty asks Min Ho to stay with Eunice as her manager, and they part ways for the summer. The episode ends with Kitty worrying about whether Min Ho will remain true to his feelings over the next three months.
