In the opening scene of Episode 6, Kitty wakes up to find Lara Jean waiting in her dorm room. Lara pushes Kitty to talk about everything that happened with Min Ho. She asks Kitty to stop self-sabotaging and they discuss Kitty's college admissions essay.
Kitty admits that she can't think positively about herself after everything that happened with Min Ho and Q. However, Lara Jean forces her to go to lunch with Jiwon.
At the same time, Eunice tells Min Ho that she is not pregnant and reveals that she no longer wants to be an idol. She explains that being in the public eye does not appeal to her and that she dislikes the invasion of privacy. She apologizes for letting go of her K-pop dream and thanks Min Ho for being a great friend. He relays this to Mr. Moon, who fires Min Ho for being a bad manager.
Elsewhere, Q and Dae discuss Q's relationship issues with Marius and Jin. Dae struggles but manages to advise Q to talk to Marius so he stops second-guessing himself. Q speaks to Marius about his feelings, and they go on a bike ride to a place they used to frequent.
Marius asks for another chance, but Q realizes he does not want to be with him. He refuses to follow Marius's timeline and ends the relationship, deciding Jin is right for him. Meanwhile, Gigi is impressed with the outfit Yuri designs and asks her to submit it for Yisoo's contest.
Min Ho arrives to pick Gigi up for lunch, and Yuri tries to talk to him about Kitty. He refuses, blaming Kitty for not trusting him. On the way to the restaurant, Kitty and Lara Jean talk about Lara Jean's relationship with Peter. Kitty says she still believes they will get back together.

Later, Lara Jean tells Kitty she's proud of her for helping others. She reminds Kitty of how brave she's been living alone in Seoul, inspiring Kitty to write her NYU essay.
