In the seventh episode of XO Kitty Season 3, Kitty grapples with the lingering silence of Min Ho. As she observes her friends in conflict, she ponders how to mend their rift. Approaching Q, she apologizes for exposing his secret to Jin. Initially distant, Q eventually forgives her, and they reconcile amidst discussions of their own relationship troubles. Kitty reveals her application to NYU, thrilling at the possibility of being in the same country.
Returning to the dorm, Juliana calls upon Kitty's help for Yuri, who is battling with her fashion week designs. Yuri explains that Yisoo has requested a complete overhaul of her work. Kitty urges her to cease relying on her past self and instead design based on her current identity. Concerned about the looming deadline, Kitty suggests gathering the team to collaborate, hoping to ease the tension within their group.
Meanwhile, Kitty delineates roles for everyone: Madison handles makeup, Mihee works on hair, Marius assists with sewing, Jin and Q cut patterns, Eunice manages backstage, and Dae tackles the budget. Dae enquires about Min Ho, but Kitty avoids the topic. Shocked to learn that Min Ho has been fired, Dae reaches out to him for the show's music.
Elsewhere, the group agrees to assist but remains strained. Yuri and Dae discuss how Kitty usually helps couples resolve their issues and suggest applying the same approach to her and Min Ho. Kitty explains that she forces people into the same space to facilitate communication.
Kitty tells Yuri they have only two hours to finalize the looks. Doubtful they can complete it in time, Yuri decides to use their friends as models. Kitty encourages Madison and Mihee to communicate, helping resolve their quarrel.
However, a disagreement between Marius and Jin over an outfit leads to it being torn apart, which gives Yuri the inspiration to embrace a distorted theme for her designs. Meanwhile, Kitty cleverly switches their outfits among Marius, Q, and Jin, forcing them to interact, while Marius apologizes for attempting to undermine their relationship. Q confesses to Jin that returning to Marius helped him realize his true feelings.
Backstage, Dae and Yuri conspire to bring Kitty and Min Ho into the same room. Kitty confronts him for shutting her out, and Min Ho reveals that he lacks support from his family and expected Kitty to be there for him. Kitty expresses her willingness to change her college plans for him, but the conversation ends without resolution.
After this, Kitty encourages Yuri to believe in herself before the show. Yuri asks Kitty to be her showstopper, and the event is a resounding success. Yuri triumphs in the fashion week contest. Yisoo commends her work, and the group celebrates at the afterparty.
At the party, Juliana shares with Yuri about her breakup with Praveena and admits that she still harbors feelings for her. Gigi commends Min Ho's music and urges him to believe in himself. She also reminds him of how much Kitty has supported him, pushing him to fix things.
Finally, Min Ho decides to talk to Kitty, but she receives her NYU admission result. He asks her to check it, and she realizes she has been accepted. The episode concludes with Kitty telling Min Ho that she will be attending college in New York.
