New Line Cinema has unveiled a release date of September 5, 2025, for the unnamed fourth installment, marking the culmination of the main series. Michael Chavez, who steered the ship with 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It' in 2021, will helm this finale. He is a stalwart of the franchise, having also contributed to the 2023 spinoff, 'The Nun II.' The script is penned by the talented screenwriter David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.

Along with its spinoff films, the franchise has amassed a staggering global revenue of over $2 billion. Beyond the 'Conjuring' and 'Nun' movies, the universe has also expanded into a series of 'Annabelle' films, centered on the infamous doll that made its debut in the inaugural movie.

This latest chapter in the 'Conjuring' universe will be showcased on Imax screens, promising an immersive viewing experience. Moreover, New Line Cinema revealed on Tuesday that Maggie Gyllenhaal's 'Bride!', her unique interpretation of the Bride of Frankenstein tale, will now premiere a week earlier on September 26, 2025. This spellbinding film stars Christian Bale as Frankenstein's monster and Jessie Buckley as the Bride, also destined for an Imax release.
