"My attorney will bury you!" A24 and HBO have just unveiled the official trailer for a new late-night reality series called Neighbors. This is a throwback to the "crazy lives of normal people" series that used to grace HBO's lineup, reminiscent of my childhood obsession with "Insomniac with Dave Attell." This explosive, unfiltered series dives deep into the chaotic and complicated disputes of neighbors and the extreme lengths they'll go to defend what's theirs.

Created and directed by the talented duo of Harrison Fishman and Dylan Redford, Neighbors examines stories of absurd, outrageous, and dramatic real-life residential conflicts from a diverse range of larger-than-life characters across the United States. It opens a verité portal into the lives of contemporary Americans, showcasing their fundamental American pursuits of life, liberty, and property.

The series is a true labor of love, with directors Fishman and Redford filming for over two years, traveling across the country and fully immersing themselves in these neighbors' lives to capture unfiltered and intimate portraits of everyday people. Each episode introduces a new set of neighbors in the heat of their grievances, uncovering spirited disputes about property lines, animal ownership, and even a yellow Speedo.

Neighbors is a new streaming series directed, created, and produced by comedians/filmmakers Harrison Fishman and Dylan Redford. These "emerging talents" have been given a major opportunity to prove themselves with this series. Made by A24 and Central Pictures, Neighbors is executive produced by Josh Safdie, Eli Bush, Ronald Bronstein, JP Lopez Ali, Harrison Fishman, and Dylan Redford.

A24 will debut the HBO Original late-night series Neighbors streaming on HBO Max starting on February 13th, 2026, with episodes released weekly. Who's ready to watch?
