Pitt, renowned for his role in 'Fight Club,' claimed that his separation from his ex-wife propelled him into Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). He emotionally recounted his decision to seek help, stating, "I was on my knees. I needed to snap out of it."
The 'Seven' actor further elaborated, "I was desperate and willing to try anything and everything, grasping at straws thrown my way. It was an incredibly challenging period. I required a complete overhaul."
However, sources close to the situation revealed that Pitt's comments inadvertently implied that the divorce was the catalyst for his AA journey, a sentiment that Jolie fiercely disputes.
