For those unacquainted with the saga, the 37-year-old actress has embarked on a legal journey, lodging a complaint against her co-star and director from the film "It Ends With Us," accusing him of sexual harassment and orchestrating a defamatory campaign against her. Since January, these two celebrities have been locked in a legal tug-of-war, each presenting evidence to bolster their respective narratives.
On March 31th, the ongoing Hollywood dispute spilled over onto TV screens in the documentary titled "Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni." This revealing film took viewers into the heart of the legal drama, offering a meticulous examination of interviews with reporters, public relations experts, legal analysts, and intimacy coordinators. Notably absent from the documentary were representatives from Blake and Justin’s legal teams, but legal expert Dina Doll did weigh in on the matter.
According to Dina, amidst the arguments put forth by the "Virgin River" actor, the "Gossip Girl" star’s case stands out as more compelling. "From a professional standpoint, Blake Lively has the stronger case. Justin Baldoni’s defenses, which revolve around fame and control, do little to refute her allegations of sexual harassment," she opined.
Dina also delved into the specific accusations made by Blake, particularly regarding the improvisation of intimate scenes and other inappropriate behaviors. "These allegations provide a solid foundation for a claim of sexual harassment," she emphasized. While Lively maintains that these instances constituted sexual harassment, Baldoni contends that everything was consensual.
