While the specifics of Camryn's passing were not shared, multiple outlets reported that she was struck while riding an electric scooter on December 5th. "Please keep her family and friends in prayer as they navigate this difficult time," the statement added. "Camryn will live on in our hearts forever."
An online obituary for Camryn, described as vibrant, fearless, and deeply loved, also spoke to the musical legacy she is leaving behind. But it was her YouTube channel created in 2010 that truly launched her career. Within two years, she was asked to join One Direction's Up All Night Tour and returned a year later for their Take Me Home tour. Throughout her career, Camryn also toured with Cody Simpson and Fifth Harmony.
Camryn previously spoke about the positive reactions she received from fans of One Direction as a music newcomer. "Going into the tour, I was an unknown artist," she recalled to Teen Vogue in 2012.
