Hailey Bieber Shares Her One Rule for Getting Botox

Published: Oct 27 2025

Hailey Bieber is being candid about her relationship with Botox. As the founder of Rhode Skin, she has made it clear that she doesn't use the injectable for cosmetic purposes, revealing that she has set a minimum age requirement for herself to even consider it. "I made a commitment to myself that I wasn't going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s," the 28-year-old model told Owen Thiele on the October 24 episode of his In Your Dreams podcast. "When I get there, I'll see if I even want to do it."

However, Hailey has made one notable exception to her self-imposed rule: she uses Botox in her jaw to treat her temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. The drug is considered a viable option for managing chronic jaw pain, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

When it comes to the cosmetic benefits of Botox, Hailey is less eager to partake. She notes that her mom, Kennya Baldwin, has avoided adding it to her own beauty routine. "My mom has no Botox," she continues. "My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks incredible."

Hailey is "really diligent" when it comes to her skincare, but has sought other treatments in the past. In addition to laser treatments, she described getting Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), both of which draw from a patient's own blood. "I like to do things that I can trust are from your own body," she explained. "I'm just consistent with things like that. I do that a couple times a year."

Of course, Hailey's commitment to skincare has paid off handsomely—after all, she sold her company to e.l.f. Beauty in May as part of a $1 billion deal. But despite the massive figure, the entrepreneur said she wants to keep her feet firmly planted on the ground. "I want to preserve that for my son's future," she said in an interview with the WSJ Magazine published on October 14. "It's an amount of money that I have not dealt with before, so I just want to be smart with it."
