Hailey Bieber is embracing some well-deserved downtime, savoring life's simple pleasures! On June 11, Wednesday, the stunning 28-year-old supermodel took to Instagram with a mesmerizing carousel, offering a glimpse into her recent girls' getaway with her closest friend, Justine Skye. The opening snapshot captured Bieber beaming from ear to ear, clutching a glass of rich dark wine. Dressed in a crisp white tank top, dark jeans, a sheer sweater, and chic black sunglasses, she posed gracefully beneath a tree, her hair neatly tied up.
Another enchanting photo depicted Bieber and 29-year-old Skye, twins in their attire, standing in front of a wine barrel, glasses in hand. The "Collide" singer, her hair similarly pulled back, donned a yellow button-down sweater paired with dark jeans. Bieber also shared an Instagram Stories boomerang of the duo clinking their glasses, which held a refreshing frosty pink beverage, presumably frosé. Meanwhile, Skye's Instagram Stories featured a snap of Bieber strolling past several wine barrels, another of her clutching a wine glass, and a humorous one where she used the glass to partly conceal her face.
The mother of one, who is married to Justin Bieber, also flaunted images of her stunning yellow and black mini dress worn at the Business of Beauty Global Forum in Napa, California, on June 10. Sitting on stage as the founder of rhode, Bieber engaged in a discussion about e.l.f. Beauty's acquisition of her skincare brand for a staggering $1 billion. She expressed how the collaboration resonated deeply within her soul, stating, "rhode is like my baby. I'm incredibly protective of it," as reported by Business of Fashion, during her conversation with The Business of Beauty's executive editor Priya Rao. "The notion of even contemplating" a sale, she continued, was a "monumental decision for me." She further reminisced, "I remember walking away thinking, 'They're the ones.' I knew it instinctively. We shared so many similar visions."
As part of her agreement with e.l.f. Beauty, announced in a press release on May 28, Bieber will retain her role as founder and will also assume the positions of chief creative officer and head of innovation at rhode.
In June 2022, Bieber opened up to PEOPLE about the significance of inclusivity in building her brand. She began, "It was crucial for me that if I opened the doors to the world of rhode, everyone would be welcome. Everyone is included. I wanted it to be accessible and attainable for all." She added, "What distinguishes rhode is our meticulously curated, edited line of essentials — our philosophy is to create one of each item, but to make it truly exceptional."
