Isabela Ferrer is not about to let legal turmoil cast a shadow over the good times. Nearly a month after she accused Justin Baldoni, the director of *It Ends With Us*, of bullying her amid his legal clash with co-star Blake Lively, the 24-year-old actress made a striking appearance at the Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet Spring 2026 runway show on September 24.
For this high-profile New York Fashion Week event, Ferrer opted for a sleek black corduroy jumpsuit from the brand, which she expertly paired with dark square-toe boots and a matching handbag, exuding an air of effortless sophistication. This outing marked Ferrer's first public appearance since she filed her own legal documents against Baldoni, alleging that the actor and his associates had behaved "inappropriately" toward her after she received a subpoena from Lively's legal team as part of the ongoing legal dispute.
According to court documents obtained by E! News in August, Ferrer's attorneys stated that the actress had reached out to Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios production company, seeking coverage for her legal fees as stipulated in her movie contract. However, she was reportedly met with a demand from the company that she "relinquish control of her response to the Lively subpoena to Wayfarer" before any compensation would be granted. "From that point forward, Baldoni has tried to manipulate, threaten, control, and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer," her lawyers alleged in the court filings, accusing Baldoni of filing a motion against Ferrer to "bully" her after she refused to comply with his team's terms. "While Ms. Ferrer will faithfully comply with her legal obligations under any subpoena, summons, or court order," her filing stated, "she obviously will not be intimidated or extorted by any party to otherwise participate in the proceedings."
In response, Baldoni's legal team submitted their own filing to the court, accusing Ferrer of launching an "inappropriate attack" on the 41-year-old and his counsel. Baldoni's lawyers requested that, "given the circumstances," they were "willing to stipulate that none of the parties will use any communication to, from, or concerning Ms. Ferrer, or any testimony from her, in any manner."
Lively, who is suing Baldoni for sexual harassment, has not publicly commented on Ferrer's allegations against the filmmaker. However, the *Gossip Girl* alum did forge a close bond with Ferrer during the filming of *It Ends With Us*, even going so far as to lend some of her personal wardrobe pieces for the red carpet premiere of the Colleen Hoover adaptation. "She did style me, this is all her doing," Ferrer told E! News in August 2024. "I have an Oscar De La Renta dress on in classic Blake fashion. I’m wearing her shoes, these are her Louboutin shoes." Calling Lively her "mentor" and an "absolute angel," she added at the time, "I don’t know where I’d be without her."
