Kali Uchis has just unleashed a brand new song titled "Muévelo," a teaser from her upcoming 2024 LP, Orquídeas. The track has been buzzing on social media ever since a partial leak surfaced, igniting fans' anticipation for its full release. Uchis, in a heartfelt Instagram post, decided to give in to the overwhelming demand from her fans, writing, "As my final act of self-love this year, I'm releasing this song because prior to tonight, it was a demo leaked against my will!" She concluded with a message of encouragement, "Disfruten y que la persona que se detuvo a leer esto sea siempre protegida por Dios. Amén."

Uchis' latest album, Sincerely, hit the charts in May, followed by a deluxe edition titled Sincerely: P.S. in September. The latter album featured the collaborative single "Cry About It!" alongside Ravyn Lenae. In a review, Rolling Stone described the LP as a "vulnerable meditation on motherhood, her own childhood, and the delicate balance of holding opposing truths with equal care." The review further added, "It's all there, together: love and hurt, heaven and earth, birth and loss."
The singer recently wrapped up her first North American headlining arena tour in September, marking her biggest venture yet. The 24-city tour took her to major venues such as the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, and Madison Square Garden in New York. And now, she's gearing up for an extensive tour across South America, Latin America, and Mexico in February, with stops in cities like Buenos Aires and Mexico City. Additionally, she's set to perform at the Hinterland Music Festival in Des Moines in August 2026.
