Kate Cassidy's cosmetic procedures have indeed posed some intriguing challenges. The 27-year-old, who was dating Liam Payne for two years at the time of his passing in 2024, tearfully recounted her experience getting flagged by TSA staff after she was informed that her passport photo didn't match her current appearance.
"I was genuinely ridiculed at the Fort Lauderdale airport," Kate shared in a May 15 TikTok video. "I was at the security line, and I handed over my passport. They obviously do a photo comparison. If it matches your passport, you get the green light; if it doesn't, you get the red light. I got the red light because my photo, I suppose, didn't align with my current appearance."
After showing her passport photo to the camera, the 27-year-old elaborated on how airport security didn't hold back in pointing out that she looked unrecognizable compared to the outdated photo. "He called over a woman, and she literally looked at my passport, then looked at me, doing a double take up and down. This woman went on and on about how 'this isn't you. You're giving me someone else's passport,'" Kate explained. "She mentioned my new nose, new lips, something to my eyes, and new hair."
The influencer detailed how mortified she was when she tried to show the airport staffer her ID, to which the woman allegedly counted the three photos as three different people. "I'm literally so f---king embarrassed," the model admitted. "She then called three different men over. One guy asked, 'Do you not have a work ID?' And I was like, 'I can pull up my Instagram; I don't know what to do.'"
"Keep in mind that everybody in line behind me is listening to this," she added. "I understand they're doing their job. At the same time, I think there are better ways to handle things and word things."
Days later, Kate took it upon herself to detail exactly what procedures had altered her appearance. "Obviously, I got these done—400 cc's in both sides over the muscle," she said referring to her breast implants in a May 19 TikTok video. "I got lip filler. I did get a rhinoplasty, though I'm not entirely happy with the results, but I think it looks better than what I was born with."
She continued, "I have cheek filler, chin filler, and I have Botox pretty much everywhere. I can barely move my face." Kate also detailed her noninvasive treatments. "I'm naturally a blonde, so I dye my hair brown," she explained. "I have a whole head of extensions. I have fake nails, and I'm naturally super pale, so I do spray tans once a week. I also don't have natural freckles anymore because I never go in the sun, so I draw on freckles every single day."
As she added in the post's caption, "Always gonna be transparent about these typa things."
