The 61-year-old actor walked arm-in-arm with his longtime girlfriend, Alexandra Grant, at the opening night performance of the revival of Samuel Beckett’s classic "Waiting for Godot" on Sunday. Reeves shares the stage with his co-star from "Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure," Alex Winter, in this production.
Grant, aged 52, exuded timeless elegance in a black square-neck dress with delicate cap sleeves, accessorized with a sparkling diamond necklace, matching earrings, and bracelets. Reeves, on the other hand, opted for a more unconventional ensemble, donning a black suit jacket paired with gray pinstripe pants and boots featuring eye-catching orange laces. The couple posed together on the red carpet, marking yet another public appearance since they first went public with their relationship in 2019.
Their latest outing came on the heels of a week filled with speculation, fueled by online rumors that the couple had secretly exchanged vows. Grant directly addressed these claims by sharing a heartfelt photo of her kissing Reeves during their visit to artist James Turrell’s Roden Crater installation in Arizona. Alongside the picture, she penned a message, "I'm sharing this here to express my gratitude to everyone for the congratulations on our supposed wedding. Except we didn't actually get married."
She went on to caution fans about the dangers of misinformation, adding, "While good news is indeed much needed these days, this particular piece is fake news. So, please exercise caution out there! Here's a bit of genuine happiness for you all instead!"
